Esta explicado anteriormente.Mi intencion fue quedarnos en el hotel e ir al casino a entretenernos un rato ,jugar en las tragamonedas ( mi esposa ) y jugar en las mesas.En el transcurso pedi una botella de agua y me la negaron porque no era socio del casino.Es la primera vez que voy a un casino en P.R. y en los cruceros que se me niega una botella de agua o algun alimento o bebidas.

As a dedicated Gold Member, I was very disappointed with my stay at this facility. We were not greeted when we arrived and no effort was made to help with our luggage. We were supposed to receive the daily newspaper and did not. When asked why we were told they ran out and no effort was made to correct the situation. Our toilet kept running and we had to bring it the attention of housekeeping staff. One day our room was not cleaned, they simply came in and changed towels, we had to call to get clean cups.
The food at the restaurant was awful, especially the coffee. Puerto Rico is known for its coffee, we were served very weak coffee.
I know this hotel group is better than the service we received at this location.
