Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A tiny bit disappointed The renovations on this hotel are BEAUTIFUL. I've stayed here on several occasions for business. The rooms are always clean and staff friendly. When I checked in, I was told I was a gold member - which I haven't been in almost 2 years!. I explained to them I wasn't and even pulled up rewards card on the app for my phone. The staff at the desk was nice, but said I probably lost my platinum status and all I could do was call corporate. Because I didn't qualify for whatever reason in their system as platinum, I didn't receive additional points or....the worst...my drink vouchers for the bar! Berr!! I have confirmed my platinum status but didn't get a chance to call corporate (honestly, I don't have time to do that so I pro never will). Anyway....overall I really like this hotel and will stay again. December 31, 2014

Was almost perfect for our 10 hour stay, As stated in title, extremely clean and comfortable which is why I would definitely stay on our return trip home in a few weeks. The only problem was a vibrating knocking sound in the wall which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Brought it to their attn. at checkout, wasn't really expecting anything, and an apology was all that was given. December 13, 2014
