Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room could have been cleaner We stayed recently for 4 nights and when we got to the room the bathroom mirror was not clean, nor was the floor swept/mopped. The mirror never got cleaned each day room service restocked the room and the bathroom floor had long dark hair on the floor, no one in my family has such hair. March 24, 2013

This time I noticed some improvements and seem to feel there is something different and new about the place as compared to last stay. Whatever it is, please keep it going! January 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed, hard pillows We liked the room. The bed was comfortable. However, all of the pillows were hard, even the ones with the "soft" wrapping. We bought pillows from the nearby K-Mart. Other than that, the room was clean, and the stay was nice. Right next to McDonalds (you can walk to). Close to Taco Bell and K-Mart. January 25, 2013

Everyone was so friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good! When you have to be away from home on the holidays it is particularly nice to have a place to go where everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks! January 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant Breakfast in your restaurant was excellent. Waiter was outstanding. Dinner food itself would have tasted good if served hot. Waiter was told and one plate was returned to kitchen to be reheated but they only heated the chicken, not the potato or the spinach. The wait staff at dinner were gossiping at the desk loudly during the meal. Several times we had to get up to ask them for items. I was very disappointed with the service at dinner.. January 14, 2013

Called the front desk, they came up and took the plate off the door, and came back about 20 mins. later and said it can not be fixed. We moved to another room and noticed that even in that room the locks on the door were installed crooked. Just make sure your door is shut good!!!!!!!!! November 8, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best hotel I've stayed in. Our room was not ready at the 3:00 check-in time. The desk clerk told us that it would only be about 15 more minutes until our room was available. Thankfully, a friend had a room in the hotel already so we were able to get ready for a wedding. When we left the hotel at 4:15 our room was still not ready. So when we got back to the hotel at around 8:30, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited patiently and were treated rudely at check-in. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink would not drain nor would the tub when I showered in the AM. The woman who was set to clean our room in the AM was very pleasant! We met her in the hallway and she was the best part of our whole experience. October 12, 2012
