I enjoyed a 2-night stay/weekend. I am a photographer & shot a wknd event in the area. The hotel was incredible, staff most helpful, breakfast delicious. My hotel stay made my time there more of a vacation than a working weekend. Thank you!

Rooms are clean, comfortable and the price is affordable. The price includes a limited menu for breakfast at Castello’s, but plenty to choose from. What more could you ask for? I plan to stay here when I come to town.

i choose this hotel because i m allergic to dirty carpet and you would think paying that much a night that the carpet would be fairly new and clean but it was worn and you could see the padding though the carpet is was to thin and not as clean as you would think so i couldn't sleep well because of it but other that we didn't eat any thing and the bed and the size of the room was excellent.

My husband checked into this property while I was still at the hospital with my father. I had made the reservation online from the hospital in my name and sent a copy of my ID with my husband. They did not want to accept this. We were both exhausted, but I stayed at the hospital. Within a few hours, my father was flown to a St. Louis hospital and we had to check out before spending the night. MOST hotels have a 1/2 day rate, but this property refused to budge and charged the entire night rate, though we were out of the hotel before 7 p.m. I understand if it was sold out for the night, but this was NOT the case. This gives me a very bad taste for this chain of hotels.

Clean room and plenty of space for 2. Sheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Freezer in refrigerator was iced up but didn't need it anyway. Overall, a great place to stay. Was told by some locals probably the best place to stay in town.

Booked a handi-capt room way in advance. Upon arrival all rooms were booked and they only had one room open and not handi-capt. All hotels were booked in town so we had to stay in the room. My husband who is in a wheel chair could not get in the bathroom. Was not happy. Over all everything else was to satisfaction. Will be back and will call several times ahead to make sure we get the right room.

No complaints. This is an above average Holiday Inn with very good food and service in the restaurant and bar. Somewhat difficult to access the property as driveway is not on main highway - easy to miss the turn-off since it is not well marked. Front desk just a bit lackadaisical, but all other aspects override this trivial point.

Traveling for business and enjoyed the accommodation. The rooms were very clean, staff was pleasant, and the facilities were well maintained. There are lots of food choices close by.

My entire family complimented everything about the trip (which is often times impossible to do). It smelled good (everywhere), it was clean (everywhere), the room was huge, the pool was great, the hot tub and work out room were nice and it was all topped off with a wonderful breakfast the next day.

This is the place in the Middle of Southeast Missouri. With Hwy. 60 and 67 this hotel has become my hub while working in the area. Great amenities, super staff, great in and out. You Can not beat it.

My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night in early August for a concert. Its location is perfect for the venue. $6.00 cab ride each way makes for an easy evening. The rooms are very spacious and up to date. We had a 1 Kind bed with Jacuzzi. 32" LCD tv, coffee maker, fridge, ample closet space, a chair, nightstand, and a dresser. The room was very nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. The bartender, James, was excellent as were the servers. I would recommend the restaurant even if it wasnt attached to the hotel.
The entire staff at the restaurant and the hotel was great - everyone smiled, asked how you were doing, etc. Except the lady at the front desk when we checked in. She was on the phone when we walked in. She sighed when we walked through the door. I am a Platinum Elite member - and was not recognized what so ever. She was very short and dis-interested in her job. The phone rang again as we were checking in and she rolled her eyes as she picked it up. She never used my name, I had to ask what room number and confirm the type of room. All she said is 'you are on the 2nd floor.'
Other than the less than stellar customer service checking in - this hotel is great. I just am glad that the only hiccup was that.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend in order to attend a family member's wedding. The rooms were ready on our arrival,were clean, and we were warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk. A complimentary breakfast was served at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The food was good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. They were very short staffed that morning, but we were waited on as quickly as they could get to us and the waitress did a fine job under the circumstances. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Well I always enjoy staying with you and I usually get the jacuzzi suite. My mom came to visit me so we got a hotel room for the weekend and it had some flaws...The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain, the shower curtain didn't keep the water in the shower which got everything all wet. (dry clean clothes and make up bag. and floor) I know this isn't your control but when we got our free breakfast it was like we were invisible. we got up multiple times to get refills on coffee and then got yelled at by the staff that we weren't supposed to be back there. We just wanted a refill and everyone kept walking right on by. My over easy eggs were way under cooked and I didn't want to wait another 20min to get some more so I just ate my toast. The servers kept telling us how they only have 2 people there because one called in, which I felt wasn't our business. When we went to the pool, the womens restroom was, lets just say unusable and unpleasant. The best part about this stay was I got to see my mom.

The staff that checked us in was great. Professional and courteous just like you were expect from Holiday Inn. However, when we had a problem with the disgusting restaurant manager, the day staff wouldn't even help us. She sided with this unprofessional, unkept restaurant manager. When I have business in Poplar Bluff, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for three nights, check in was quick, joined rewards club so we got free breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Pool was lots of fun. beds were very soft, rooms were clean and comfortable.

As usual I had a perfectly fine stay at the Holiday Inn Poplar Bluff. I noticed some improvements in the exercise room since my last visit and I believe the free breakfast offerings available with Priority Club membership were expanded . My second floor room was comfortable and quiet in spite of having neighbors. My family group had supper at the in-house restaurant (Priority Club discount, yay!) and I heard nothing but praise for the food and service. I have stayed at two other hotels in Poplar Bluff over the last 10 years and I believe the Holiday Inn to be the best.

We were very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness, the convenience to everything in town, and the good coffee and food! We packed too quickly checking out, and forgot several items, which were left in the room. We didn't realize it until around midnight and called back to the desk staff and advised them of the situation.
The next day, we received a call from the desk staff advising us of the housekeeping crew discovering the items and the items were labeled, put up for safe keeping, and awaiting our arrival to retrieve them.
We will make an effort to always stay at this Holiday Inn when we are in the area.

The manager let us park the car by the front door

Traveling thru once again and your reputation with us is "top notch" as always. The person behind the counter waiting on us was so friendly and we couldn't have asked for more respectful or professional check in service. I contaced the hotel the night before getting there to make our reservation and everything went smoothe as silk. We got a good nights rest in a safe, clean environment and breakfast was delicious the next morning while traveling on our way home. Thank you Holiday Inn for training your people how to make a person feel at home away from home!

Desk staff was just wonderful. They address me by name and welcome me by acknowledging my priority staff. Upon departures each morning they address me by name and gave highlights of the days weather forecast.
