This facility is clean and quiet, a good value for the money. The restaurant is above average for the money and would eat any meal there.

Had a pleasant stay. Once we adjusted the room temperature, it maintained that temperature perfectly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow top (?) made me feel like I might roll off. Once positioned right, it was cozy and I slept as well as I would at home, or better. The shower head was high enough that I didn't have to slouch or bend to wet my hair (I'm tall). The room was quiet, very clean, and neat.

The staff was very helpful and genuine. My business partners and I found the hotel clean and nice to return to after the workday was over.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel...the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. My only complaint was the attached on-site restaurant, Castello's. The service was deplorable. There was a significant delay in seating our party, our original waitress disappeared, it took nearly an hour to get our food, several orders were incorrect, and even after waiting an inordinate amount of time, the food was lukewarm and mediocre at best. Most alarming, the manager on duty didn't seem concerned when we mentioned our complaints. While I definitely understand staff shortages, this was not the issue. I'd avoid at all costs if I were you.

Did not get to stay in one of the renovated rooms. Did not experience any noise or commotion as we stayed on the weekend. Great breakfast through hotel restaurant for Rewards members.

they were installing carpet in my roomn at 8:00 am and the air conditioner doesnt stay cold.
