i'm not sure why you are asking me to fill this out - i just did the only line reveiw and i think it captures all necessary information. i think the hotel, staff etc. were very fine. only thing that could be better was the quality of food. i would say the food is acceptable.

Ther staff at the front desk have Nasty attitudes and all the restaurants staff need to retire. The restaurant service is very poor and they need to learn how to clean dishes. If you eat at this hotel make sure you check your glass, plates and silverware for cleanliness. The only good thing is that they have smoking rooms if your a smoker and you can smoke at the bar inside where even the bartender Paco has a nasty attitude.

I think the front desk staff should be more engaging with guest. Your complimentary break should have more items such as grits, pancakes, waffles, etc.

When I arrived and checked in, I had reserved a non smoking room. I was told they were out of them. They put us in a smoking room that was horrible and the phone didn't work. When I called to the front desk I asked to speak to a manager so that I could change rooms or be refunded because I wasn't staying in that room, I was told that they did in fact have non smoking rooms. So we had to pack up everything we had unloaded and move to an upstairs room. The bathrooms are incredibly small and there isn't much lighting.
