Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service and Breakfast Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in my nightly rate. Additionally, the next morning I was thrilled when it wasn't just a "carb-attack" breakfast but a buffet w/omelette station, It was delicious! As for the customer service, I stayed at this hotel over a year ago and forgot my glasses when I left. I knew it was a shot in the dark but when I inquired at the front desk, housekeeping promptly brought out the pair that I left over a year ago! Thanks Holiday Inn, these are just a few of the reasons why I continue to stay at your brand. December 15, 2014

I am used to them and I am always comfortable and satisfied with my stay. This was my first stay at the Port Arthur location and I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and new and modern the hotel was. It had a nice contemporary look to it, while still maintaining the familiar, comfortable feel that I am accustomed to. I will definitely return. December 15, 2014
