Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncertain about their rooms avaiable When I arrived and checked in, I had reserved a non smoking room. I was told they were out of them. They put us in a smoking room that was horrible and the phone didn't work. When I called to the front desk I asked to speak to a manager so that I could change rooms or be refunded because I wasn't staying in that room, I was told that they did in fact have non smoking rooms. So we had to pack up everything we had unloaded and move to an upstairs room. The bathrooms are incredibly small and there isn't much lighting. February 19, 2015
