If the check-in staff forgets to give you the coupons you will have to remind them, and get both the drinks and the breakfast coupons. You may not get another chance unless staff remembers you from check in.

I have stayed at this hotel at least once a month for over a year. I had a late arrival and when I arrived I was first told, they could not find my room. I wanted 10 minutes and was given a first floor handicap room. I was asked by a "manage" what my status is, I asked her you should be telling me. I was not given any welcome points.
I went to the desk in the morning and spoke to Mercedes and Laviona, and explained the situation. I was told they saw my reservation, they see me a lot, and held a room for me but someone gave it away. They were very, very nice and changed my room to the 5th floor.
My issue is, if you have associates taking care of guests they should be properly trained. As a SPIRE member I at least should be acknowledged and given a choice of my floor. When the night staff asked me if I ever stayed there before, I was at a loss for words as I have spent at least one week a month for the last year at that Holiday Inn. I asked the women working does your computer not tell you of my status or the last time I stayed with you, she said no. If it was not for Mercedes or Lavonia I would not return to this location.

Everyone at the front desk were always helpful and the room is nice with plenty of outlets. Water pressure in shower was great!

Early check in was a breeze. Desk staff was very accommidating acknowledging my status with IHG presenting an option of free cocktail or bottle water with other items.
The shuttle driver was interested in my travel and how he could assist in getting me to the transit for visiting points of interest and getting me picked up from the shuttle stop as needed.
The room was very clean and very well appointed. The heating system worked well with low noise when running.
The lounge / restaurant was well staffed and they were very friendly and attentive more than willing to make my stay the best. A good selection of food beverage.
The WiFi signal in the room was very good allowing me to do my face-time and other activities.
The perfect location for my 5:30 am flight next morning.
This will be a destination on my travels to the west coast.
Thank you to the staff for a great stay.

I did not like this hotel. I feel that it is not up to IHG standards. My room did not have a microwave or a fridge. The décor of the room was dated. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Holiday Inn van was relatively prompt in picking us up at the airport. I would stay at this hotel again, but it would not be my first choice.

our hotel stay enabled us to catch a very early flight while leaving our car safely in the hotel lot. I appreciate the rapid shuttle to and from the airport, which made the long days of coming and going more manageable .

The Staff at this hotel are tops, always with a smile, willing to help make your stay comfortable and easy. they know your name right away and are willing to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
I feel like this was a second home while I am here.
