Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Conference Only This hotel caters to conference guests only. Good luck finding parking with all of the conferences and don't expect service if you are not attending a conference. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The pool had no Jacuzzi with such a waste of space. Overall, generally uncomfortable. October 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Amazing Coffee! I really enjoyed the barrista coffee shop in the lobby. It was fantastic to be able to enjoy a latte and a chocolate croissant in the morning. The shuttle was also a big plus to run me to the airport and back. Everyone was most friendly and helpful. The salt water pool felt amazing after a long day of sightseeing. October 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. I stayed at the hotel on returning from a trip overseas. I was tired and worn out but had a great experience at the hotel. The reception/check-in was quick and efficient and the personnel friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. After breakfast, the checkout was, again, quick and efficient. I asked for directions leaving the hotel and the clerk handed me a typed set of directions which quickly put me on the correct road to head home. The next time I fly out of Portland, I will plan to stay there again. October 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not my favourite Holiday Inn For the first time ever, I felt the need to complain even before I had gone to bed. This hotel was in my opinion awful. Firstly, the location is poor; it is far from anything useful, including the airport, and it is next to the railroad - it is VERY noisy. Secondly, the hotel ambiance is poor - it is very impersonal, and the restaurant area really suffers from this. More importantly, for the things that the hotel could easily fix - the hotel was dirty, very dirty particularly in the common areas. - the food that I received was of a low quality - the restaurant service were extremely inattentive, and were impolite in my opinion - the front desk staff didn't seem to know how to handle the number of people. When staying in the area next time, I will stay elsewhere. October 24, 2014
