Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Whatch out for cheap bathroom suplies, take your own with you! Good hotel. Was given the cheapest quality razor, cut my self a lot. Used a professional make up artist to cover my many face cuts and bruises. No answer from manager after two attempts. Bloody towel used to clean cuts was never returned to me. November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and quiet room I was very happy with the comfortable and quiet room at the Holiday Inn at Porto Alegre. The room was large and the air conditioning effective and quiet. My experience with hotels in other parts of the world, even 5 star hotels, have been less enjoyable. In China, the air conditioning in even the nicest hotels never works properly. I was expecting a similar experience, but was surprised at how great this hotel was. The mini bar refrigerator was well stocked with a great choice of beverages and food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Porto Alegre. October 11, 2014
