We had a really good experience at holiday inn Portsmouth. From the moment of booking right through to check out all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. They made our sons stay very special with the little touches like lining his teddies up on the bed, he was thrilled to see them, when we came back to our room. Also the table with the colouring and cookies was a fantastic idea in reception. All the staff made a point of talking to him as we'll as us.
Overall it was pleasure to stay with you and we look forward to returning.

My stay in the Holiday Inn was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with a good view. The breakfast was good - I ate too much.

We had a excellent weekend away, breakfast and evening meal were perfect, considering that both of us had special diets, the staff were really attentive and knew what to recommend , did have to wait for breakfast, but, I think everyone had come down at the same time. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything that was needed, only downfall, there was a stag group, and kept swearing when in the lounge... however will stay again.

This Holiday Inn is located very perfectly, within max. 15 Minutes walk you can reach downtown with many pubs and restaurants, also the old harbour with the HMS Victory and also the Spinnaker Tower. Every employee was very friendly, the rooms are a little small, but nice bathroom and perfect bed, sat-flatscreen TV, hairdryer, you get everything you need. The breakfast was very good ! When visiting Portsmouth again I would definitly stay in this Holiday Inn again !

First time visit to this hotel. Perfect location: quiet area; short walk to city centre. Comfortable room & had good sleeps. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful, friendly & courteous. All helped make for a lovely weekend in Portsmouth.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most enjoyable even though the hotel was fully booked it was still comfortable and relaxing.

Another really good experience staying at HI Portsmouth. The staff are all so obliging and friendly. At breakfast they were attentive and cleared away used crockery so that the table was never cluttered.
The breakfast itself was brilliant, we especially love the fruits of forest compote.
Can't wait for the next time we are in East Hants and back at the Holiday Inn
