Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but marginal maintenance Our room was nice and the restaurant food was good. However, there was a problem with hot water. My wife took her shower about 7:00 am, but when I entered the shower after her the water was cold. More than one room was affected. The management fixed the problem a few days later. The soap dispenser was a plastic squeeze bottle that was so old that much of the plasticiser had diffused out, leaving a stiff bottle that dispensed soap only with great effort. Some people would not have been able to get any soap. The hanger system in the closet has failed for most of the hangers so we could only hang up a couple items. September 17, 2014

Hotel con Buenas instalaciones y acostumbrado mantenimento ,muy buena ubicacion a 3 minutos del la estacion del metro, el taxi disponible es impecable.(.Rep.Checa tiene tolerancia Cero para el alcohol.) Lo unico a mejorar es el servicio del personal del restaurant ; cero amabilidad , estan organizados para limpiar pero no para ofrecer nunguna ayuda. He visitado este hotel antes y es lo mismo,si tengo oportunidad no hago el desayuno ahi. September 17, 2014
