I enjoy the Holiday Inn located in Price, Utah for the pleasant staff and great accommodations. The management will listen to your concerns if any arise and remedy the situation. Barb and Robin are more than willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Sara and Rhondee always greet us Union Pacific guys with a smile. Thank you for your excellent dedication to your jobs!

This hotel is a good place to stay in Price, UT. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. I was a little dissapointed when there was no accommodations for breakfast, but over all it was a great experience.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Platnplus This is an Old property with minor updates.
A heavily used property by energy workers that needs a major overhaul. Cracked tubs, sinks, toilets and tile. You can feel depressions under carpet in some rooms. It is obvious that management/owner does not visit or care about this property. Just the income it produces. The daily and other cleaning is quite poor.
Entry is neat and clean with new carpet. Rooms have newer carpet also but that is the extent of renovation. This is not the norm for a Holiday Inn property.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by funcity Poor expected more from holiday inn
Stayed here from 10/11 - 10/16 visiting my wifes family.
Started out well but ended poorly.
Biggest issues from house keeping.
Second morning they wanted in to clean as they stated we were leaving, not so as we stayed three more days.
Each day more issues from not cleaning the bath tub & a poor job doing the toilet , poor job of vacuming, had a extra blanket we put on the bed & everytime they made the bed they threw the blanket unfolded on the couch. One morning we were leaving I poured the last of my coffee down the sink when we returned room had been cleaned yet you could still see the coffee stains in the sink.
They would only leave us one soap, lotion, shampoo for two people, we repeatedly asked the desk to have them leave us more but to no avail until the last day when they left several.
Twice they had to get a repair man to fix the computers.
Told many times they would address the issues, was told notes were left on the managers (robin ) door but never heard back from her until a message on the phone stating she was told we wanted to talk to her ? You would think she might want to talk to us. Next on our last full day I had to go to the front desk as it was 1:30 & our room hadent been cleaned, finally got in my room around 2 pm.
Did have help from a front desk lady (sarah ) & a handy man named Willie he kept telling me he was sorry & was going to inform the manager, another front desk employee did give us a discounted breakfast coupon ad we was aware of some of the issues.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dominic1 Great location for an overnight stop
We made an unintended stop in Price and were able to find a great night's rest here. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, despite being right next to the ice machine. The restaurant was friendly and accomodating to dietary restrictions. The airport transportation was quick and friendly. The only negative to our stay was the strong odor of some cleaning product (not unpleasant, but too strong) in the hallways.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by goKatgo Great workout room, pool, and restaurant on site
The floor plan for this Holiday Inn is unique. The work out room has four major pieces of equipment, and the pool is warm enough to swim comfortably. The pool was great to use after a day of driving as well as completing a good workout on the treadmill in the morning. The dissatisfaction I found was the amount of time it took to receive our order from the restaurant, but the food was good and they served a variety of local beers and wine.

I would stay at this hotel again if ever I go back through Price. Stood up to my expectations of HIE...Later in Bonner Springs Kansas, stayed at a HIE that will ruin the name of the chain...

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Busy2day Disappointed/Not earning the price
I like to stay at higher quality/priced hotels wherever I do business expecting a quiet room, good food, etc. I am disappointed with this facility. Several days my key card had to be reprogrammed, quite annoying when you have an armful and cannot get into the building let alone your room. Twice last week the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night. The floors do not seem to be insulated for sound like other quality hotels, walking and squeaky floors from above make it difficult to sleep when on the first floor. The latest episode today was returning from work and finding my room was not made up. When I called the from desk I was greeted with the response, "They must have just missed it. What do you need?" I expect these types of annoyances at the lower priced hotels, not at a Holiday Inn. Food is average, overpriced for the quality. On the upside, management did provide better pricing for a group. Unfortunately this appears to be the nicer hotel in the area, I cannot say with all honesty that it is the best.

This hotel is great. I stayed here because we were visiting a relative in the hospital that was located less than a few hundred yards from the hotel entrance. I was more than happy with the service, room value and the entire staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Price, UT.

This is one of the nicest Holiday facilities that we have stayed at. It is apparent that there has been a renovation made to the property and the overall feeling is "new and Western". There is a very comfortable and attractive business center. There are also some interesting fossil displays in the lobby. The restauant is convenient and saves a trip looking for a place to eat in town. We would stay here again.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 200hotelnightsayear Not Holliday Inn Express Quality
I have to stay at this Hotel a few times a year for work and am a loyal Holiday Inn customer. The only thing that resembles a true Holiday Inn Express are the sheets, pillows, and soap. If I have a choice the Holiday Inn Express in Green River is a much better option. The door does not close tight, the heating/cooling unit fan does not shut off, there is no signature breakfast, I was not greeted or recognized as a a loyalty member, and definitely does not smell like a Holiday Inn Express in any city. I switched brands to IHG Hotels a few years ago for the very reason you never know what to expect. IHG is usually a great option and very consistent in their standards. Just in Utah I have stayed in Moab, Green River, Cedar City, St. George, Tooele, Heber City, and Vernal Holiday Inn Expresses. This one is by far the worst.
It is the best Price has to offer and has a convenient location, it is just a cheaper brand hotel posing as a Holiday Inn.
I have recommended this hotel to co-workers when they have to stay in Price, but I recommend staying in a different city if possible first.

WE REALLY LIKED STAYING THERE EXCEPT WE DID NOT LIKE NOT HAVING AN ELEVATOR TO TAKE UP OUR LUGGAGE. IT WAS A REAL MAZE TO FIND OUR ROOM. I DON'T KNOW IF WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS REASON.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MoTraveler Security Issue with Door Striker Plate.
When I check in and access my room late in the evening, notice the striker plate was very loose and the door did not shut tight and it "wobbled" due to the loose striker plate. Notified the front desk and was told maintenance had left for the day. Set the lock and flipped the trip bar over as best I could, but did not feel safe as was near outside entrance and people were coming and going all night long.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EnjoysHiking Clean and good service, 2 floors with no elevator
Left our $80 electric toothbrush but room service found it for us and we were able to get it on our way back through town a week later, very clean room, and pleasant front desk personnel, would stay here again. No elevator, but I imagine those that are out of shape can ask for a room on the first floor.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lucy40 The worst hotel experience we have ever had
I need to preface this by saying whatever we experienced could of had a much better outcome had the staff been trained somehow to respond better. When we arrived I informed the desk that we were ambassador club members and asked if they were upgrading us with anything and they said no, sorry nothing available. We were surprised but that was ok at that point . When we finally got back to the room after dinner we discovered hair on the sheets. I immediately and nicely called the desk to have the sheets changed. She nicely replied sorry no one is available to do that and at that point said nothing about changing our room. I did complain and she said I will call you back. Within five minutes she said someone is coming with fresh sheets. A maintenance worker showed up with sheets in his hand and I looked puzzled when he handed them to me!! Now I know the Holiday Inn is not a luxury hotel but come on people this is the hospitality business! I called her up (the desk) and said in all my years of traveling I am fifty six so I have traveled some no one has ever expected me to change my own sheets! She decided at that point she would offer to change our room. We were exhausted but not sleeping on dirty sheets. She then gave us a suite which she had said earlier was unavailable! The room was ok but I did not call the desk again when we discovered old food in the fridge and the toilet seat up as if someone had just used the bathroom! I also neglected to point out although I am not blaming the maintenance guy , he actually rolled his eyes and let out a sigh the second time he came back to our room with the keys for the new room as if we were taking him away from his real work! I just kept quiet. When we were leaving the following morning after paying for breakfast the new girl at the desk inquired about our stay and I briefly told her this story. She took my name and cell phone and said the manager would call. I'm still waiting for that call. When we arrived at the Holiday in in Ogden it was a totally different experience. They immediately upgraded us and gave us a complementary bag of snacks.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by John555 Thel staff is amazing
Just got home from spending 2 weeks on the road.
Reflecting on the trip... I mostly remember the bad places I stayed, and the nice places I stayed, with the average places kind of getting lost in it all. If I was asked which place was the nicest, it would be the Price, UT. Holiday Inn. Their are many nice hotels, and this is one of them. What takes it above all the others is the staff.
Wish I could remember individual names, but can't. But everyone, the lady at the desk, waitresses at the restaurant, cleaning people, even a maintenance person I passed in a public area, were all cheerful and wanting to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rick75 Clean but damp carpets
I'm certain the carpets had just been cleaned about ten minutes before I arrived. They were clean but my socks were wet and the room muggy all night. Other than that the room was ok. A little dated and used, but clean.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Needle1 The great Weekend Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the bed was firm. The hotel staff was very quick to get us check in. The hotel was quiet., even though there was a wedding going on and the city was having their rodeo weekend. We were at the back near an exit to our car, which was convenient. We had breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel. We had excellent service there. The staff was very polite. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Brandi provided us with excellent service in the restaurant. We travel a lot and she is the best waitress we have ever had.
Jesse at the front desk was professional and very helpful.
The room was very quiet and clean.
The Bar had Karaoke music which was too loud and annoying. We all had to leave that scene.
Pool was nice.
Nice place we would stay there again.
