My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Princeton was met with a personalized greeting by Kush that made me feel very welcome. It is my home away from home and to be met consistently with a smile, an always obliging offer to assist with anything I need, and most importantly to be recognized not only as a priority club member, but as an appreciated guest makes always for an excellent start to the stay. My room is always clean and carefully maintained and the remainder of the staff are always polite and friendly.

When you think of Princeton you think of quality. That is what you get with this Holiday Inn. The staff especially is always helpful and accommodating. This is one of my favorite Holiday Inns to visit (almost a home away from home). It is off Route 1 with numerous restaurants, mall activities (theater and Barnes and Noble). This last trip the HI computers were down and I called the hotel directly. They assisted me with a late evening arrival from NYC. I highly recommend the hotel.

I was upgraded to a large corner room on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the room was full of stink bugs. I captured and disposed of several live ones, and there were several dead bugs hanging on the walls or lying on the floor.
I showed the management several of the dead bugs upon departure. They gave me 1000 extra points - totally unsatisfactory.

The blower in the room stayed on the entire night unless it was turned off manually. It made it not only very difficult to sleep, but also difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

I travel frequently, about 24 weeks out of the year, speaking and doing corporate training. I always look forward to my stays at this facility. The hotel is located in an excellent place,out of the congestion of downtown Princeton, but close enough to anything you wish to do.
The staff is extremely professional and always there to help in any way. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The Cafe is above average for a hotel cafe with great service, fine ambiance and a nice menu.

I hace stayed at this hotel since they first opened. thay have a very friendly staff and comfortable accomodations. As someone who travels well over 150 days a year I would recommend this property.
