The hotel is old, but the rooms are quite good (they were refurbished). The location of the hotel is also good because the Angelopolis Mall is very close, and there are several of good restaurants and other amenities at the area.
The attention at the restaurant was very good, but the food wash´t , the presentation was good but the quality was really bad at breakfast. There is a buffet with poor quality and options.
But the people at the front desk, really really bad. I expected, as usual, to receive a printed balance of my account at the check out, instead, the lady just told me an amount, and that´s it, you would simply pay. I asked for the details of my account and they printed out several sheets with any kind of coherence among. I needed to take out my personal calculator just to know how much of the amount was charged at room service, and at the restaurant.
The manager was present and as he wasn't there, I didn't receive any apologize or anything else that could solve the inconvenience.
I am a platinum IHG member (also an ambassador) and anybody noticed it. It´s good to receive certain kind of privilege when you are frequent guest.

Entonces, en pocas palabras, debo agradecer a quienes participan de esta posada, lograron cumplir las expectativas, exceder en algunos puntos, y sobretodo, me hicieron Olvidarme del Trabajo!!!

La experiencia en este hotel es siempre buena, mantienen un standard, hay algunos pequeños detalles por mejorar.
