Viele internationale TV-Sender verfügbar und auch eine akzeptable Internetverbindung. Speißen und Getränke lassen keinen Wunsch offen und als Begrüßung war auch ein gruss aus der Küche auf dem Zimmer. May 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 My frequent Stays I have been staying regularly in this property, I am happy with the services there but would like to add few constructive feedbacks 1. The shower area drainage was not functioning properly hence there was some issue with water logging. 2. Today most of the business hotels are providing internet and wifi services free of cost. Look at your charges... very expensive... i wonder if any one buys those packs... 3. What is this Priority club member...? I must have stayed for more than 30days in the same property in last 1 year, but it was never offered to me.... April 13, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed feelings I meet incredible good staff, so as not so good staff. Very good breakfast, and breakfast where I had to wait 15 minutes for coffee made of 0,001% of coffee and just too much water. Sometimes the food in the evening was ok, sometimes not (same dish)! Sometimes the service was quick as it is every where else, sometimes one of us had to wait more than one hour - this is very bad when your friends are done with their meal and now everybody needs to wait for you! The laundry service was very good - but not every day, I found a new laundry bag in my room - so I needed to go to the reception and ask for one, then wait until I get it... now that was very uncomfortable. The same problem I had with my room key which was not working at any time. The staff some times entered our rooms after two o'clock in the morning (when we where at sleep) to check the room and/or laundry - this is absolute unacceptable!!! As a platinum member the hotel promised me a newspaper every day... I only get three with my stay of nearly three weeks. In a normal situation I would recommend your hotel and I like to collect the priority points, but here I know a several hotels who are having a more better and continuous service for the same price. I do have more to post, but I also don't want to overload this "non-recommendation" Thank you. February 11, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Enough It's a Holiday Inn and it provides that standards that you'd expect, so I'm happy to recommend this hotel. However, a few words of caution accompany such recommendation:- (1# the hotel chargesits guests to use its WiFi service ... okay, some hotels still charge for WiFi ... and some Holiday Inn hotels still charge Platinum Priority Club members for WiFi ... very few in my experience, but this hotel is one of them. In any case, more to the point is that the WiFi is useless ... the signal is not strong enough ... in order to have any workable level of service at all, I actually had to take my laptop to the corridor. If you are going to be reliant upon the WiFi service during your stay at this hotel, I recommend that you make a prior check with the hotel that the WiFi signal strength is sufficient for use. Of course, upon check-out I informed Front Desk that I would not be paying for the WiFi ... I didn't expect any resistance to my request ... but in fact they were very reluctant to remove the charge. They did eventually remove it ... I really cannot understand the audacity of expecting guests to pay for a sub-standard facility - especially when most other hotels provide their guests with a good standard internet access facility free-of-charge #2) I can actually commend the hotel for arranging a hotel car and driver for me at very short notice ... 10 minutes' notice, in fact ... I needed to go to a meeting in the Pune area, have the car wait for me for about an hour, and then take me to Pune airport ... basically, 3 to 3.5 hours / 40 kms maximum ... But, true to form for this hotel, I paid through the nose for the privilege and for my laxity in leaving things until the last minute. In fact, I compare the charges to those I paid at the Crowne Plaza in Delhi a few days later ... where I had a driver for 8 hours / 120 kms .... at a price 25% lower than Holiday Inn Pune's price!!! Summary - it's okay ... but not great ... the hotel is more focused to make a short-term buck out of their guests rather than working to develop a portfolio of loyal guests that will trust in the hotel's integrity. I travel to Pune regularly .... will I stay here again? .... not sure ... maybe ... January 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good business hotel This modern hotel is located directly to the highway. Therefore connection to Mumbai or Bangalore by car is good. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, staff is friendly. Small disadvantage is the lack of connection to public transportation (public busses, motor rikschas) so that a visitor has to rely on own car or rented cars with driver, offered by the hotel.
