Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 服务周到, 环境安静 由于台风取消航班, 临时入住该宾馆. 免费升级到行政楼层, 可能通风不够,一开房门就有一股香烟味. 酒店周围饭店很多, 不过大多都是韩国风味. 酒店安静, 卫生尚可. 前台接待人员挺热情 July 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room air-con stayed in room 1021. Turning the A/C to teh coolest setting but room temperature remains at 23-24. Did not sleep well at all. previous stay at the other end of the hotel two weeks ago do not have this problem July 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by phone usage charge upon checking out, I found the phone usage charge is not right, after speak up, the manager explains the phone company would charge any phone calls including incomplete dialing, or non-connecting calls. I don't understand the local practice, but as a customer, I don't think I should pay for any calls that isn't connected. After I claimed that I am willing to pay for those charge but will complain to headquarter upon returning to USA, then the manager decided waive the charge. I am glad the unreasonable charge were waived, but feel the hotel does not do their best to negotiate with the local phone company to correct the unreasonable charge or they just made up an excuse to accuse the phone company unless customer complains...
