Realmente fue algo espantoso, ya que en la habitacion de al lado llegaron unos borrachos con un escandalo durante gran parte de la noche y los de seguridad del hotel no hicieron nada y prefirieron cambiarme a mi de habitacion como a las 3:00 de la madrugada.
La comida del restaurante es espantosa y el lugar bastante sucio.
EL servicio del personal en general bastante malo.
No lo recomiendo

It is a very nice hotel. The hostess that recevied (Andrea) was very nice with me.
The only trouble I got was the internet service, it flaps sometimes. It only got better when I used an ethernet cable to connect my laptop (but who really travels with an ethernet cable?).
And at the reception hotel, they didnt have cash to change me a bill.
I liked food a lot, except for the pancakes, I guess they need to be made with a little more of love.

We, me and my family, were awake at 11 pm just to let me know that I did not leave a credit card on file. So I told them I ll pay next day. But not to make my very bad experience long. It was 11:30 pm till the manager on duty came to me room to charge me.

Debido al tipo de trabajo que tengo, los viajes y las estancias son parte de...y después de una jornada de trabajo intensa...nada mejor que llegar a descansar en este fabuloso hotel, donde la atención y el servicio son excelentes...claro además de las instalaciones & la maravillosa vista que ofrece el hotel de la Cd. de Qro...recomendable 100%

We really enjoy our one night stay, the hotel its very nice and comfortable, we really recomend to our friendship to stay there, we live 170km from Queretaro but we have family there, these was the motive from our trip!

The Holiday Inn Zona Diamonte is a new hotel. All of the standard amenities are present. The location gives an excellent view of the city of Queretaro, especially at night. Its close enough to downtown to get there with a cheap cab ride.
The service on the other hand left a lot to be desired. After preparing my laundry and all the paperwork I requested it be picked up. It finally was 3 days later. Despite asking for (and paying for) same day service my clothes took 2 days to return.
Several guests (myself included) were locked out of our rooms during our stay. Every day immediately following our return to the hotel there was a line of people at the front desk getting their keys re-coded.
After paying for 'high speed internet' in my room I discovered that it was nearly impossible to use. The connection kept dropping out, requiring each user to re-log into the Holiday Inn system. This resulted in many missed messages and difficulty in communicating with other guests. Once connected web pages barely loaded, and frequently took a significant amount of time to load.
The food at the hotel restaurant was very disappointing. Most dishes consisted of a buffet style offering which contained different offerings of meat and vegetables in an unidentified sauce. The food tended to be very creamy (which got to most guests in the week we were there). All meals were very expensive (~20 USD for breakfast). If you stay at this hotel I strongly recommend you plan on taking a cab into the city to eat there.

THE PLACE IS TOO MUCH COMFORTABLE FOR STAYING, THE FACILITIES ARE PRETTY CLEAN, THE HOTL HAS GOOD PLAN MAINTANANCE ANS LOBBY AND THE RESTAURANT HAVE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS.

I stay at least 4 nights per month in this hotel and in my last visit there was some issues that need attention :
1.- No coffee or coffee maker in my room, I reported this and it was not fixed.
2.-There was no running water in my room, I had to ask front desk twice to fix this issue , however once the maintenance guy come it took him 5 mins to fix the problem .
3.- The ice makers in floor 3 and 5 did not work.
4.-TV channel 11 (Warner ) did not work , I missed my favs shows. I reported to manager but no fix .
5.- WiFi Internet very very very slow at night.
6.- in my last day the electronic door lock fail and I was outside of my room for 20 minutes waiting for the mainteneance guy, it took him 5 mins to fix the look and let me into my room .
I like this hotel , it is my favorite when I visit Queretaro for business but this points need work .

I am disappointed, because there was a difference of around 20 dollars between the estimate room cost, when the reservation was made, and the cost charged in the invoice. My boss questioned my decision to stay in your hotel due this difference.

very good hotel, they know their business, no messing around with the customer: information and details clear, direct to the point, and offering the service that was offered and paid. Everything at time, in order. No second thoughts, I will be back to the same hotel next time

The hotel and its staff do not give any recognition to the Priority Program member. Attention is generally bad. The staff is not trained to deal courteously to foreigners. The desk person was not informed of the hotel amenities and chewing gum. Breakfast is poor, no greater variety of fruits and international meals. The hotel has an excellent view of the city, but the facilities are not well maintained.

The room left much to be desired, the tub did not have proper drain plug and being a jacuzzi type tube was dirty and not usable due to poor drain. On a positive note the water was hot and the room was well maintained.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Holliday Inn in Queretaro, Zona Diamante and enjoyed both the hotel and location. The hotel is on a mountain overlooking the whole city of Queretaro! Fabulous!!
The food was good although overall service seemed very slow in all areas of the hotel. Service was courteous but seemed very slow at times.
The rooms are very clean and modern with our overall stay at this hotel being very pleasant.
One negative was front desk attitude. We found both young ladies working on front desk irritable and would not listen properly! This needs to be addressed as it was a very small negative for an over all very pleasant stay.
