Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Queretaro Holiday Diamante The hotel and its staff do not give any recognition to the Priority Program member. Attention is generally bad. The staff is not trained to deal courteously to foreigners. The desk person was not informed of the hotel amenities and chewing gum. Breakfast is poor, no greater variety of fruits and international meals. The hotel has an excellent view of the city, but the facilities are not well maintained. January 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel has a fabulous view of Queretaro My wife and I recently stayed at the Holliday Inn in Queretaro, Zona Diamante and enjoyed both the hotel and location. The hotel is on a mountain overlooking the whole city of Queretaro! Fabulous!! The food was good although overall service seemed very slow in all areas of the hotel. Service was courteous but seemed very slow at times. The rooms are very clean and modern with our overall stay at this hotel being very pleasant. One negative was front desk attitude. We found both young ladies working on front desk irritable and would not listen properly! This needs to be addressed as it was a very small negative for an over all very pleasant stay.
