Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Spire Elite member recognition I've been in this hotel several times. Even if there are room upgrades available, I never get them. Staying there for 2 weeks and close to every day, the key card did not work on my door. It took 1.5 weeks of going downstairs back to the front desk (where most of the time the same person was working) to get my key card reprogrammed. Finally I had to tell them to give me a new card. Then it worked... No compensation, nothing... One Sunday night my AC was not proper working, and a bad smell was coming out of it. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change (many rooms were available). The person told me, it is not possible, first maintenance has to come to check it out. So I had to wait in the bad smelling and hot room for maintenance, then watch the maintenance guy trying to fix it. Finally he called the front desk to tell them that I should change the room. Sunday night, empty hotel, 250 nights / year Spire Elite member... This hotel has some nice advantages but in case of staff and how to properly deal with the paying IHG Elite member, there is a LOT of ROOM for IMPROVEMENTS October 5, 2015

El personal solo se limitó a retirar la ropa, no ofreció ninguna disculpa y mucho menos resarcir el desagradable momento que eso me generó. October 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Casi perfecto si no llega a ser por una mala experiencia que me encontré al salir del Hotel y checar la cuenen la que detecté que el Capitan del Restauran había modificado mi importe sobre el tip dejado (0% por el mal servicio recibido esa noche), así como el ruido ocasionado por la Fiesta de Imegi o el ruido que provocaba el aire acondicionado lo que impedía una correcta regulación de la temperatura de la habitación, habría sido una perfecta estancia! les animo a serguir ofreciendo el servicio como hasta ahora y mejorar los puntos indicados October 2, 2015
