Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Personnel´s customer orientation In general they´re trained to understand and satisfy the customer expectatives. The personnel in the cafetería and/or dinning service needs some improvement. They don´t have the same attitude in rush hours. April 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort The beds are rock hard. I use the extra pillows to help me sleep. This last visit, during spring break, was very loud after 11 pm. Water pressure in the room was very low. The staff is always friendly and helpful. April 10, 2013

I stayed with my husband for Semana Santa and We like the hotel, but sleeping in it was terrible! the room was noisy and every single thing that happened in the room next door we hear it all! also the pool was full of people and there were not enough chairs to be in. also the pool was dirty, you need to check that more often. The location was not even near the centro histórico and we have to take a cab to go downtown. April 8, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy room We, as a family, had a previous experience at HI Querétaro. In a way, it is beyond our budget but we were late to make the reservation and decided to invest in having a good time. We know that Holly Week is a difficult time for hotels but, although we were early to check in, we received a room overlooking the busy highway. The noise was non-stop day and night. We had difficulties to sleep. The rate included a breakfast. We showed up early enough but were told we had to wait for a table. There were plenty of tables available and no explanation was offered. This was the only occasion, however, that we were trreated with a 'beggars should not be choosers' attitude, but it does not fit in our image of HI. Finally, one afternoon, when leaving the pool with my children, we were told that they had run out of towels. No alternative service or appology was offered. I am sorry but we will choose a different hotel for our next holidays. April 5, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Recepción prepotente se ha perdido en buen trato a mi llegada en la recepción momento desagradable el joven de nombre Raúl en forma descortés y por demás altanera atiende tubería que esperar a que se desocupara otra recepcionista que amablemente y con prontitud me atendió para Raúl un cliente priority no importa ya que cuando le presente mi tarjeta como miembro del club me dijo y eso que a lo mejor quiero entender que no están enterados en ese hotel La habitación en mi segundo día de estancia hasta las 8.30 de la noche me pudieron llevar las toallas de la habitación no están al pendiente del servicio es incomodo April 5, 2013
