Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is excellent and property is well kept I recently stayed at this property and felt well-cared for. The first room's A/C was not working and they promptly moved me to the Executive Wing where my room was quiet and comfortable. The Aztec Soup in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Alberto (bellman# was always nice and helpful. Diana #receiption) was accomodating. Service at the restaurant was generally prompt. The pool was stocked with children. I would be nice if one of the smaller, hot tubs was an adults only pool but all allowed children. April 5, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortably converted into "public pool" on most crowded "Holly Week" Days My stay was great on tuesday 26 and wednesday 27th March, but starting Holly Thursday and until Saturday, when I left, they converted the pool area into an uncomfortable species of public pool, with local people that came in for a "meal buffet" and could enjoy of the pool area starting 11 AM. We should be prepared to face 100% occupancy of the hotel during those days, and I would accept the pool to be crowded of hotel guests only, but besides that, they make it even more uncomfortable by letting outsiders in by paying a minimum rate. For guests like me, who paid to stay on a hotel room to enjoy the pool area, it was a very annoying experience to see the pool area invaded by decens of people who were sharing the area with us by only paying for a meal buffet. They don't count with enough chairs or space for so much of people, there were people with bags laying all around the pool and gardens. Lacks to say that by saturday, the water quality of pool and hot tubs was extremely poor, and also the cleanliness of the public restrooms by the pool area. My last experience at the Hotel 6 years ago was great, but this time it was flankly speaking nothing to repeat. Let a category Hotel remain as a category hotel, don't convert it into a LOW category public pool. April 2, 2013

The garage spaces are very tight you can see all the columns scratched by innumerable little accidents with the guest cars I think the hotel takes pride by saying no guest of ours can escape with out scratching their car. Small towels are at a premium. And the TV is many times not working or with a picture that is not of good quality. So with that in mind I would say the prices are way high for the quality of service when compared to a Holiday inn in the USA. March 10, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cold food and bad attention the hostel, was, really agresive, she said, you can NOT enter, until you table be ready, she could say, can wait a moment, while cleaning your table, please. almost all the buffet food was cold, tamales and chilaquiles, potatoes were not cooked. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service? I am a gold member and randomly get upgraded. When I asked about the upgrade, I was told that it is not available due to the rate I pay, which is the same every time due to our contract. Rooms were available for an upgrade, per the manager, if I wanted to pay the additional cost. I stay a week a month at this location. I'm thinking my patronage is not important to Holiday Inn Centro. The room did not have regular coffee and none was ever supplied. The room door had a one inch gap and the hallway was very loud. The AC was even louder than the party in the hallway.
