Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family Holiday Gathering We had such a nice time during this stay with the whole extended family. The green area aside the pool is great for the kids while we enjoyed a fresh drink. The day we arrived, we we went for dinner with the two kids and dinner to be served took "forever". Server would not advise us that it will take such a long time especially if you travel with kids... Until we told him to cancel everything, suddenly the plates came immediately to our table. Another comment is that Bell Service would not offer any help even when they saw us coming in with 2 little boys and two pieces of luggage for check-in. Travelling with family and with little kids turns out to be so much demanding and with higher expectations on those little details that would make such a difference. But it simply did not happen. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay, very nice facilities I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful for a traveller that speaks very little Spanish. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and the food acceptable. The only item that I didn't understand was the requirement to get a parking ticket when entering and then having to use it to leave. This seemed very non-value added and only confused me when I went to leave and had to take that ticket back in to have it validated in order to leave. The process seems like it would be an opportunity to eliminate something that is non-value added. December 12, 2013

We always stay at your hotel and bring our customers to your hotel because of the exceptional quality of your hotel, your usually friendly and helpful staff, your breakfast buffet and the convenience of your transportation services. On this trip we were extremely dissatisfied with your person running the transportation services. During the week I was there, we had nearly 20 Siemens employees and customers that required transportation back to the hotel. On Tuesday, we filled one van and asked that the van return to pick of ther remaining 7 people, which included 5 Siemens customers. Your manager of the transportation refused to send back a van. It took more than an hour for that group to get three taxi's to get them back to the hotel. It reflected poorly on Siemens. It reflected poorly on the Holiday Inn. This should not happen. Much to my surprise almost everyone at the hotel was bi-lingual and extremely friendly honestly the service was better than most hotels that I have stayed at state side. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service!!! We spent 3 nights here in October, 2013. The room was spacious and clean - very comfortable bed. Everyone associated with the hotel from the front desk to the wait staff and housekeepers were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar had a good selection of food and drinks as well as outstanding service. Our only complaint was that we were not within walking distance of any downtown attractions, although taxi service was readily available and inexpensive. Would absolutely recommend this as the place to stay in Queretaro!!! November 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This was my first visit to Queretaro and I had no idea what to expect. My only other trips to Mexico were to resorts in Cancun and Acapulco. The hotel more than met my expectations. The rooms were very nice, the pool area was great to look at although we worked so much we never got a chance to use it. The food at the restaurant and grill was very good and so was the service. Speaking of service..... Daniel and Reuben are outstanding! Two out of the five nights we were there, we had to work very late and arrived back at the hotel after the restaurant had closed. Daniel and Reuben took care of us and made sure that we didnt go to bed hungry. Gracias Amigos. October 27, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Check in When we arrived to the fornt desk we had a family & friends rate but the front desk agent thought that the rate was very cheap and she didn´t want to gave us the rate that we had in the reservation, until she spoke by phone and athorized the rate but the chek in took almost an hour and the service provided by the agent was very bad and rude. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room but dirty pool We stayed two nights. The room was great and comfy. Staff were good but quite cold, they were not welcoming or friendly at all. Facilities for kids are very good and very well maintained. My only concern is pool's temperature and cleaness. Food quality not good (smelly salmon sandwich) and greasy pasta. Breakfast buffet quite expensive for the limited options offered. August 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bombardier Business I traveled to Queretaro on business for my employer and enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The last stay at this hotel was most certainly the best and I had the most restful sleep when I requested a room on the side opposite the highway. The beds are comfortable and the room is always clean and smells fresh. The maids were very kind and accommodating (they really do a great job). The grill chef is very good and the food is excellent; eating outside was very enjoyable. When I travel to Queretaro, this is where I will always stay. August 18, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service and Location We stayed a couple of nights at Holiday Inn Centro Historico to attend a friend's wedding. We chose this hotel because we had a courtesy night and it was one of the recommendations form our hosts. After all, the experience was good. The rooms are clean and the locations is perfect to visit the beautiful streets and colonial downtown of Queretaro. (About 3 minutes in a taxi or 10-15 minutes walking). The place has a very spacious property and the gardens and pool are kept well maintained. Actually there was some remodeling in the section of rooms we were accommodated but nothing disturbed us. The only problem is the slamming of doors is very noticeable in the rooms so an opportunity area is to improve in the noise reduction. The restaurants are good and the room service was fair with a good price. Definitely we would stay again. August 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Mal trato y rasismo Siempre he preferido estar en Holliday Inn debido al trato tan servicial que distingue a sus empleados y colaboradores, pero esta vez fue todo lo contrario...ya que durante mi estancia en este hotel fuimos víctimas de racismo por parte de una persona del área de restaurante, ya que además de maltrato, simple y sencillamente le dio más prioridad a huéspedes extranjeros, que a mi nos atendió bien, nos dejo en la lluvia con todo y que tengo un bebé de 1 año de edad y además se hizo el chistosito atendiendo a personas extranjeras con una prioridad bien marcada...RASISMO es la palabra correcta...ahhhh y todavía nos querían cobrar la cuenta de los alimentos....
