En términos generales fue buena la experiencia de hospedarse en el Holiday INN, pero los siguientes conceptos podrían mejorar: 1) me gustaría mejor atención del personal de recepción, en particular que se comenten los detalles del estacionamiento en el canje del boleto. 2) Si la ocupación es doble, consistente en 2 adultos, deberían proporcionar 2 tarjetas para la apertura, en lugar de una, de puerta de habitación y de pasillos.

I have stayed here many times and would go back. The staff in the Restaurant are the best. They always make me feel very welcome.
In the pass everyone at the Front Desk has been great. But .n this trip i was not happy at all the person at the front desk. Was not friendly at all and I did not fell welcomed. If this would of been my first trip here I'm not sure I would come back...

I've been in this hotel several times. Even if there are room upgrades available, I never get them. Staying there for 2 weeks and close to every day, the key card did not work on my door. It took 1.5 weeks of going downstairs back to the front desk (where most of the time the same person was working) to get my key card reprogrammed. Finally I had to tell them to give me a new card. Then it worked... No compensation, nothing...
One Sunday night my AC was not proper working, and a bad smell was coming out of it. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change (many rooms were available).
The person told me, it is not possible, first maintenance has to come to check it out. So I had to wait in the bad smelling and hot room for maintenance, then watch the maintenance guy trying to fix it. Finally he called the front desk to tell them that I should change the room.
Sunday night, empty hotel, 250 nights / year Spire Elite member... This hotel has some nice advantages but in case of staff and how to properly deal with the paying IHG Elite member, there is a LOT of ROOM for IMPROVEMENTS
