Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dining and bar area I have stayed at this particular site a number of times as I am Platinum member. The dining area is dark and uninviting. The bar must have been installed by giants' When you sit at the bar it hits you at the upper part of your chest. November 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk clerk Upon checking in at Holiday Inn and Suites, the staff was wonderful! I had made these reservations a month in advance. I requested a refrigerator and microwave if possible. So they didn't have one available to their knowledge, but I did get the 4th floor accommodations though. I paid with cash and told them not to worry about the other things. So, I go ahead and take my things up to my room and when I get in there, there is a refrigerator and microwave. So I called downstairs to front desk and let the clerk know! She said it showed in the computer there wasn't anymore rooms with that. I was so happy to get what I had asked for!! Then like 30 minutes later, there was a knock on the door. I opened it and it was the front desk clerk. She was returning a refund of over payment of money I had paid for towards my room. I truly Thanked her!! There are still HONEST people in this world today! November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Quincy Holiday Inn Recommend if your spending time in Quincy, Illinois for passing through or spending time there. Very clean, nice staff and lovely accommodations. Food in restaurant was great. Had Eggs Benedict and ate the whole thing. Only nuisance was the walls are too thin and you can hear everything going on in next room. November 16, 2014
