Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible breakfast While we enjoyed the hotel acommodations and the excellent staff --- the food was terrible. We tried eating breakfast 2 of the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. But, the food was not hot, it was not flavorful and the corn beef hash looked like something from a can. Very unappetizing. I could not eat it. I hope this will help you to find a better chef or change your corn beef hash. and, serve your food warm and fresh. Thank you September 15, 2014

Coffee and orange juices were simply overpriced...these are almost complementary on other hotels of this class September 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not happy Used my points for a weekend get away and was very disappointed. Tried to check in at 3:15 pm, room was not ready told to come back in 30 minutes. When we got to the room the sofa was stained to the point I would not set my bag on it rather than sit on it. Called front desk, only room left. Did not get usual Gold card treatment. No bottles of water, mint, and bed turn down. When you took a shower the drain was plugged and you stood in 2 to 4 inches of water while you showered. Went out to eat for my wife's birthday to come back to find that our room was over the banquet room with a band playing (loud). Turned the heater on and it set the fire alarm off! This is not the usual stay here. But really feel like I threw my points away. September 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Management The Management was very accomendating with our billing. Some how things got mixed up when we made the reservations and I asked that my IHG points be used to pay for the stay. The person taking the reservation assured me that it would happen. During the stay we found out that we were scheduled to check out a day earlier. I again I asked that my points be used to pay for the stay. Later when I was looking at my credit card I found out that the stay was put on my credit card. I called the hotel manger and he explained that you have to book all reservation using IHG point through the IHG system and not throught the local hotel. Management was able to talk with IHG and get the charges reversed and the stay put on my IHG points. Thank you September 8, 2014
