B'fast voucher a good deal at three bucks. Nice, helpful staff, too. A little out of the way but easy enough to find and quiet location. January 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel but check your receipt Nice and new hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly but some of the restaurant staff were not so friendly, though. The rooms I stayed in were very clean but I noticed that the floor is not cleaned or vacuumed daily. One night I was in the hotel, there was a party in one of the function rooms and I can hear the loud music until about 10:30 or 11 pm. I can also clearly hear the conversation or noise from adjacent rooms. Looks like that sound insulation is very poor. Normally I don't check my receipt closely before I check out but luckily I did on my last check out. I noticed that 3X I was charged dinner that I did not make. And very expensive dinner. The front desk person and the hotel manager reviewed my problem and found out that these were mistakes made by the hotel restaurant. A guest who was in another room was charging his or her dinner to my room and the restaurant staff is not verifying the guest identity. This was an unforgettable event because after I left the hotel I had to drive in a hurry to St. Louis to catch for my flight and the plane was already boarding when I arrived at the gate but I'm happy I made it. Overall, my stay here for more than two weeks was very nice. I have tried another hotel when I went back in Quincy, IL earlier this month but it was not as good as this hotel. Not sure yet where I gonna stay when I go back to Quincy. January 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing special Hotel was acceptable but had probably the worst shower in a hotel I have ever stayed at. Shower was wheel chair accessible and had close to no water pressure and water went all over the floor due to the poor design. There was also close to no water pressure in the sink. Television was small but room was big. Not a lot of extras. January 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by new hotel The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars is that there is NO sound insulation in between rooms. The room next door had an alarm go off (music) at an early hour and was sleeping right through it. I called the front desk to have them see if anyone was in the room and they quickly responded but the person in the room just kept hitting the snooze button because it kept going off. I could hear the music as if it was playing in my room. For a new hotel the sound quality is disappointing. December 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Always Nice at Quincy I have stayed at the Quincy Holiday Inn a number of times for work and this Holiday Inn is one of the cleanest and nicest Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. Never an issue checking in and any service needed to quick and prompt. Would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone traveling through the area. November 15, 2013
