Noise of the guests in adjoining room went a little late--seemed to have a lot of people visiting with them until about mid-night. The bed was so comfortable; I was able to sleep well and get rested for the next day of work. March 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wow.......really AWFUL....stay ANYWHERE ELSE. I wound up in a handicap room, which was fine. What was not fine was the odor of pesticide coming from the cooling vents in the room. I made the mistake of not turning the cooling system on until after I was settled in. My choice was to get dressed, pack my clothes back up and ask for another room OR turn off the AC. I opted to try and sleep in a hot room, with a sick feeling from inhaling pesticide. 15 hours later, I still smell pesticide. OK...the really annoying part of my stay was my shower the next morning...IN COLD WATER. At this point I had to get ready for the meeting I was in town for so I rushed through a frozen shower. Hard to look "business ready" after a teeth chattering shower. The response of the clerk behind the desk when I went to checkout was equally priceless. Kind of a non chalant "oh well.". If this is the only hotel available the next time I need to come to Raleigh I'll sleep in my car. March 11, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good location I have been here 5 times already because of its proximity to my client. But the hallways and the bathrooms STINK. My latest... Current stay... The front desk guy is very unhappy and didn't care to wish or welcome. Can't believe he is up at the front desk. On the other hand, Tammy, another front desk person is very courteous and welcoming. Except for once, I had bad experiences with this hotel. Anyways, rooms are clean but this hotel stinks. March 9, 2015
