I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business and the one thing that stuck with me was how polite and courteous the staff was.
At check-in, I was showered in praise for being a Platinum member as the check-in attendant continuously thanked me for my loyalty throughout the entire process while offering the usual check-in gifts. I don't expect the attention (nor demand it) as I'm use to a passing "Thank you" from most attendants at other hotels, but it was a nice change.
Breakfast at the hotel both mornings was a great value. I paid more than double for close to the same at a competitor's hotel. Here too, the staff was bubbly and made small talk as I found my table.
If I had to guess, the hotel has been renovated at some point as you can tell there's been an update to make it feel more modern while still having the bones of a seemingly older building. There was a "indoor pool" smell on my 4th floor hall but I didn't mind too much. The AC unit was very loud in my room, so I just kept it off.
All-in-all, it was an enjoyable stay where the staff makes up for any other shortcomings and you get good value for your money.

Not my first stay at this location. The staff at the hotel are always efficient and attentive. I have never had any issues with the employees. The mattress in the room was simply too soft for my liking and I just couldn't sleep because of it. The opposite was true of the chairs in the meeting room which seemed to have no padding at all. I'm not well padded in that area, and sitting for 8 hours a day on those chairs became quite painful.

This reservation was made at the last minute. We had a room reserved at another Holiday Inn but arrived a day early. They were not able to accommodate us but you were, The reservation was made while driving and everything went smooth from that point on. The breakfast was a full service breakfast that we truly enjoyed. Thanks for the prompt response and a professional staff.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pendon Arriving after 9pm and want to relax...NOT RECOMMENDED
Please note the bar is extremely limited and there is virtually no service. Bartender was uninterested in his job, called last rounds early so that he could leave exactly at ten pm.
The baths have no plugs, hence no bath to relax after a long day.
Pillows are awesome!
