Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comedy of errors Made the mistake of using the mobile app to book this property on the fly as I was driving down to Florida from NY. Had no idea that the entire property was under renovation. The make shift check in area was tight and unprofessional with other employees hanging around while I was being checked in. The room I was given was only reachable by walking through the active construction site with make shift walls leading you along like a lab rat past propped open fire doors in clear violations of OSHA guidelines and standards. The entire floor and elevator were covered in dry wall dust and debris. Getting to my first room, the floor was moist to the touch and there was a large patch of orange spray paint in the middle of the floor in the room. I called down to change rooms, went down through the lab rat maze again and got a new room. It was a handicapped access room but no matter. The new room had cleaning materials left behind by the staff still hanging off the bathroom door handle and on the floor of the shower. I took theses cleaning materials down through the rat maze again to the makeshift front desk and dropped them on the desk in front of all the lounging cleaning crew and presumably hotel staff sitting around. Told the gentleman at the front desk that these items were left in the room and I brought them down for them. I also said that the corridor leading from the elevator to the rooms was in need of attention since there were silverware, pitchers, and napkins on the floor right by the elevator as you walk out. I went back up the room to hot water. I called the front desk. Told them of the issue. I then got into the debate about the state of the property and it was not up to standard. The gentleman at the front desk said he would contact management about the issues I was having. After calling back twice I finally got the gentleman back on the phone and he told me, that management told him, that I needed to contact corporate and contest the nights stay since I used points to book the room as a reward night. Seems to me, that wasn't my job and it should have been done by the property. But I agreed to do so. Lo and behold, as I called corporate the next day, they happened to agree with me and assured me that someone from corporate would be contacting this property and investigating this matter further. What a terrible experience at this property and what a shame that they decided that it was ok to keep this property open during such an extensive renovation. Truly a shame. August 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction Did not know this hotel was under renovation when booked. they only had limited rooms available at high prices. the make shift check in was akward. the room was dirty, especially the bathroom with ceiling bubbling over the shower. You could definately see why this hotel needs renovation, however they should have warned on their site. I would not reccomend this hotel at present state. August 17, 2015

I didn't sleep well, but that's because the mattress was too soft for my liking. We enjoyed our stay. August 12, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and attentive staff ; will return! :) The hotel is under remodel when I stayed and yet the housekeeping staff made sure my room was impeccable. Ten I went to the bar/lounge and both Tammy and Dina were AMAZING!! They did not leave until we were ready to go and stayed to talk to us. The area was convenient and close to everything. Although everything about our stay was great- down to most comfortable beds!..the staff is definitely the reason I would recommend this hotel as well as stay there again.
