Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Hotel and Staff - WONDERFUL ... Resturant - Not So Much! We had 2 handicap rooms side by side and it was marvelous. The front desk were kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the SimplySmart bedding collection and the silk filled comforter on the bed was to die for!!! In fact have ordered a couple for our home. Only complaint was the resturant. The food was cold on the buffet and the pancakes off the menu were so tough you couldn't cut through them without a knife. But the room and the hotel staff were delightful. We would stay there again but would find some place else to eat. October 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds I stayed at this location a week ago and had great service and the room was cleaned well upon my arrival and everyday that I stayed at the establishment. Because of my experience, I stayed here again this week, and this time there were hairs on the bed on the first night I was here, and a member of housekeeping was sent up to change the linen, but then after she left, I went in the bathroom and found hairs in the sink, on and in the toilet and in the shower. By that time it was late and I did not want to wait for housekeeping to send someone up to clean the bathroom, so I cleaned it myself, I have learned in this day and age to travel with cleaning supplies and plastic gloves in the event I run into situations such as these. I know the hotel can do better, and they will have to do better in order for me to stay here again. Also ate breakfast one day at the restaurant only to be told I would have to wait awhile if I wanted to order from the menu, but I could have the buffet. I did not have awhile to wait, so I did, and it was cold. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mobile Lab Everyone from the front desk to maintenance, restaurant and security guard were very helpful with our stay and situation. We had to maneuver a 44 foot mobile lab into the parking lot and back the unit out into traffic the next morning. Everyone was helpful and we had no problems. During our stay the entire staff helped remedy our situation and made our stay enjoyable. October 14, 2014
