Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Refreshing, Relaxing Stay This is probably my fifth stay at the Rushmore Plaza Holiday Inn, all except one for business and one for vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel over all the others in town for the following reasons: 1) the people are very friendly and make you feel at home, 2) the location is off the loud I-90 highway, therefore quiet and relaxing, and 3) the Rapid City downtown area has really great restaurants.
