Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service The front desk clerk who checked us in wasn't anything friendly... she started helping me and then as the phone started ringing she kept answering that instead of finishing to help me. When she did finally get back to me, it was if I was an inconvenience for her to help me. When I booked the hotel I was told we would have 2 free meals with our room, only to find out that the meals were only good for that evening. Had I known that I wouldn't have accepted the offer. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Buffet and Bar Excellent Food was outstanding. We ate lunch when we arrived. We were impressed with the menu, variety, and price. We had brunch the next morning. It was a great experience. Once again the variety on the buffet was outstanding. We will definitely return. We enjoyed the relaxing bar in the evening. February 24, 2015

However, I did notice the floors in the elevators were heavily soiled and the bathroom ceiling fan did not function. Would definitely stay here again. I slept very well. February 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud and Obnoxious Paid for the Valentines Romantic Getaway and the room was beautiful and the hotel is beautiful, but there was a kids convention or something going on and there were about a hundred teenagers running and yelling and screaming until after midnight. The way the hotel is made, all the floors are open into the middle and the teens were screaming at each other on different floors. I know the front desk people could hear them, because I am sure everyone could hear them. But they did nothing. So much for a romantic Valentines getaway. Never again. February 18, 2015
