Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Staff The staff certainly make this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Reception team are wonderful, Micah and Darren are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and you always get service with a smile. The bar team are great, Jamie and Mark especially, they make you feel at home and always have time to enhance your stay. The breakfast team are superb, the biggest smile and welcome from the ever cheerful Isobella and team, they make the start of the day enjoyable. Cannot really comment on the evening restaurant food as I generally eat out, but I believe a new head chef is in place so will certainly try an evening meal next time. Overall a clean, comfortable hotel to stay in with an excellent front of house team, a big thank you for a pleasant stay. November 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home from Home From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the staff couldn't do enough for me. Everyone I met was friendly and approachable. I really enjoyed seeing the interaction during breakfast the following morning, with obviously repeat guests that stay at the Hotel each week. The staff are a credit to the Hotel and certainly know how to look after their guests. Well done November 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Little things spoil the experience Came late in the evening, good welcome as before, went to the room which was fine however as I tried to connect to the internet using the free wifi found I was rejected - too late to check why but still it should have worked. And why do I need to add my name and address, this is already known and no other Holiday Inn that I go to does this and no other hotel I use does this - you already have my details so this is unnecessary and as for no butter at breakfast - come on, watch the basics. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by buddah All the staff make this Holiday Inn a great experience. Micah and Darren on reception are superb. Mark the bar/restaurant Manger is a great chap, welcoming and always helpful. The bar staff are great, especially Jamie who is always friendly, all the bar team are excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are a little tired but always clean and serviceable. A new chef has been introduced so looking forward to trying the new menu. Overall a great stay and a big thank you to all the team. November 10, 2014
