Stayed 2 nights, had 3 people staying and were given a suite with King sized bed, pullout couch and a cot.
Room was dirty, there were no sheets for the pullout. Phoned front desk to get sheet, took quite a while for them to get me some.
There were multiple functions going on in the hotel, the noise was brutal all night long, both nights.
Went out the next day, came back at 1300 room wasn't made. Left again, came back at 1600, room still wasn't made up. Maid knocked on door asked why we were still there, said that we had room for 2 nights, she said they never told her that and walked away, never to return.
As a Platinum elite member, this was the worst holiday inn stay I have had. I won't stay at this holiday inn again.

Clean room, great customer service at front desk when checking in and out. Was allowed later checkout which was great for our family needs. Very impressed!

I am a platinum guest. I have stayed at this time numerous times as I travel through, usually on a Friday/Saturday night. The restaurant is very convenient.
The past 4 times I stayed I had issue. Dirty Towels once like very dirty. Room was not cleaned one stay as I was there for 2 days. Front desk is not very friendly or helpful. As a Platinum user I have requested early checking I was told that the check-in in 3:00 pm. Returned after 3:00 pm and was told my room was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. Got to the room and the key cards did not work. I did not get to the room after 4:00 pm. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be back until the next day, this Did not help as I was leaving at 6:00 am.
None of the Platinum rewards seem to apply in this location. I have always paid full price for my upgrades etc.
Last stay when I checked out in the morning the lady at the counter only grunted in response to my good morning. I stay in Holiday Inns all over North America and am about to cross this one off my list.

Extremely noisy room location with a Truck Stop accross the parking lot. Price charged does not match the poor quality of room location

Excellent service by the front desk very helpful somehow got us an extra night (a 3rd nite) even though the JUNOS took every room in the city would stay there anytime

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Only drawback is TV is small and outdated with limited channels. Also a breakfast would be nice.

I looked around Regina for a room and out of several different places this HIE had the best price. Location is excellent.

1. Key never worked - had to have someone with a master key come every time.
2. Our room was not cleaned on the second last night.
3. Sometimes the heat worked sometimes it didnt
