Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay I am a platinum guest. I have stayed at this time numerous times as I travel through, usually on a Friday/Saturday night. The restaurant is very convenient. The past 4 times I stayed I had issue. Dirty Towels once like very dirty. Room was not cleaned one stay as I was there for 2 days. Front desk is not very friendly or helpful. As a Platinum user I have requested early checking I was told that the check-in in 3:00 pm. Returned after 3:00 pm and was told my room was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. Got to the room and the key cards did not work. I did not get to the room after 4:00 pm. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be back until the next day, this Did not help as I was leaving at 6:00 am. None of the Platinum rewards seem to apply in this location. I have always paid full price for my upgrades etc. Last stay when I checked out in the morning the lady at the counter only grunted in response to my good morning. I stay in Holiday Inns all over North America and am about to cross this one off my list. May 15, 2013

I find the staff, especially Chelsea at the front desk. friendy, courteous and extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and upgrades are always a pleasant extra.The restaurant is connected making it very nice in the winter. I make this hotel my home away from home. February 19, 2013
