Great clean rooms. Highly recommend others than stated earlier checking in and out is VERY SLOW. January 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 10 day Business trip enjoyed! I stayed here for 10 days starting Dec 10/13 and was pleased that the facilities were what I expected of a Holiday Inn. I had booked on-line and when I checked in I found that I was not in a room type that I had requested. This was promptly fixed at the front desk for the agreed on rate. The rooms are spacious, and each has an individual room thermostat to enable you to customize the temp. The large flat screen TV made tv viewing at the end of the day a pleasure with lots of channels to select from. I lost my rental car key and it wasn't long before everyone on the staff were looking for it. It took 3 days for it to turn up but I really appreciated the concern of everyone especially the housekeeping staff. I did find that the noise from adjacent rooms was particularly loud as was sound from the hallway but this is only a minor issue with me. I enjoyed having the Perkins restaurant on site since the selection was abundant and the pricing was very competitive. I found that many of the wait staff were slow in responding to needs and had to be reminded or frequently asked for refills, condiments etc. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay sleep, bad wireless, tired facility. Upon check in, I had to show ID and give credit card. Then they ran through my credit card with no explanation as to why they were running it and no $ amount provided. Rooms look like an old motel. 'Tidy' I guess, but doesn't really feel clean. I had a lot of work to do and the wireless data speed was horrible, around 5-10 Mbps. December 15, 2013
