Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unlikely return After many years of loyally choosing this hotel, the service at check-in was enough to make me think I'm done here. Train your people. Getting good staff is obviously tough, but you used to have good people who can think on their feet. Reward the ones who know what they're doing so they'll stay for crying out loud. Room preferences were ignored tho hotel was not full. Room was outdated. Even the outlets didn't work 5 years after I reported that issue for the same room. October 24, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bit pricy but Nice place This hotel is a bit over priced for the services that are offered. I've stayed at others that were less expensive and offered more such as breakfast service. The staff were great and very friendly but we did have trouble several times with our key cards and had to run to the desk several times to get it re-coded. Staff were apologetic but didn't offer anything else for all this trouble. October 14, 2014
