We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and still rate it as very good. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
The only negative side for us was that the tea/coffee provided in the rooms was supported with plastic cups which were quite flimsy to handle.
As we arrived on a Sunday the bar and restaurant in the hotel were closed making us spend our money elsewhere !!!!, but as the hotel is so close to the Reims centre this wasn't really a problem and it was great to sit, eat and people watch from one of the many bars etc.
The breakfast provided at the Holiday Inn was very good with lots of choice.

In the centre of the City with parking for small cars. There is a multi storey 2doors down for larger vehicles. If you visit this Hotel, you must dine up on the roof, Great views, food and value.

This is a well placed hotel in the centre of Reims and within walking distance of the Catherdral. The rooms are clean and bright but there is a lot of noise from slamming doors as they dont have dampers on them.
The staff are generally friendly and efficient but the rooftop restaurant was dissapointing. The menu was very limited - especially if you do not eat meat and if you turn up as a group it appears that you will be sent away because the chef cant cope with large numbers at a time!
Would I stay there again - in short - yes, but expect to eat out if you want to experience a decent menu although what is served up is good. The selection available is limited and unimaginative.
