Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a 4 star This was a very disappointing Holiday Inn experience. The location is great but the room was worn and poorly maintained. The shower did not have a curtain nor glass wall and when this was discussed with staff, more towels were offered to clean up the water! We visit Reims regularly and will never return to this Holiday Inn. It is a two star hotel at best. September 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, central & convenient Poor selection/quality of breakfast - warm food cooked in a rush because the bacons were part cooked & part raw! Very watery scrambled eggs. Car park adjacent to hotel. Would have been convenient if we could park but unfortunately we had a roof box with us. Car park had a height restriction. Hotel very centrally located - loads of restaurants within minutes away. Rooms very spacious. Shower cubicles poorly designed - water kept splashing & wetting floor. If we put a mat just next to the cubicle, we can't open the toilet door. Shower cubicle needed a good scrub! August 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Excellent location with good service Hotel is in superb location with couple of minutes from the pedestrian street with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Also the Notre Dame is just few blocks away. Parking facilities are good and secure. Room was nice and clean but for some reason wc is separated from the bathroom, which as such is nice, but the wc doesn't even have place to wash your hands which is a bummer. August 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable hotel with one challenge We chose to stay at Holiday Inn Reims Centre because it made a good stopover on our journey to Burgundy. The hotel is clean and comfortable, stylish and blessed with an excellent champagne bar - naturally! - with rooftops views over the centre of the city to the Cathedral. Staff were welcoming and efficient. The challenge is the car park - cramped and with a temperamental entry system. I'm very glad that when we left, some cars had already departed so there was room for me to turn the car after reversing out of the lift without damage to the bodywork. Apart from that, a very good hotel. August 28, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a 4 star hotel room! Terrible room! We have stayed at this hotel earlier and it was ok. This time however it was terrible. The room was so small that there was nor pom beside the beds. There was a 30 cm gap between the beds but that was all. It was hot and noisy. If you think Holiday Inn has a fair value, think again! The restaurant was closed on a Monday. The Hotel parking was full and the direction to the recommended car park was easy. Just 100 meters further on. However that Car Park was closed for refurbishment which the receptionist did not know! Will never ever stay at that Hotel again!! August 23, 2014
