I stayed before at this hotel years ago and didn't have much of a complaint but this time I did. I stayed for a week and did not receive my platinum upgrade but had access to the executive lounge. The food was good at the lounge but was so small that as soon as it was brought out it was gone. I didn't even bother going up there after my 3rd try. The room was older but clean and not electrical cord friendly. Had to plug my phone in the bathroom. Also the heater did not work well because it was either an ice box or a sauna. Didn't bother to complain because at check in I was told this is the only room they had. It was easier to pay a little more at a different hotel with no problems.

Interiors could probably use a refresh, but I appreciated the suite upgrade (posted day before my stay!) on account of my platinum status. Good location for getting to the airport, but I wouldn't recommend it for leisure travelers. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. They always treated me like I was staying at a 5 star hotel.

After I wrote a review on this property I received a phone call from The GM or someone saying they were putting a 10,000 points bonus into my account because of my experience at there property. 3 months later and nothing. Same ol same ol.

we really enjoyed our stay at this holiday inn. This is an older building but has been kept up and is nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and we are very happy about their Park and Fly service. We will definitely stay here again

I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was good, but seemed a little outdated. Overall, it was a good value for what I paid.

Great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.
Some issues in #519 that need to be dealt with:
-poor drainage in bathroom sink
-yellow stain between tub and toilet on wall
-had to scrape off marks on the bathroom floor
-very long, black hair on the pillow

Be careful of where they put you. Room 518 is not where you want to be. Noisy doesn't begin to describe this room. You'll need to sleep, if you can with the bathroom door closed because of the noise from the exhaust blower and it doesn't stop. My walk in closet is almost the size of this room. On the other side of the room is the vending and then the elevators.
If this was my first time at a IHG property it would probably be my last. I've stayed at this property many times but I think this was my last visit at this particular property which is too bad since I like the location. But it only takes once and then that is too much.
As an IHG Platinum Elite member they really screwed up.

Have stayed here several times, when flying out of Seattle. Always have had clean rooms and excellent friendly staff.
Will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
