Room was below par. Older property with the room (at least the one I had) not up to my expectations. Furniture was old and looked worn out in the room.

Place was very clean and I was able to relax right away. Staff was friendly and very professional. I didn't have a vehicle and they offer a shuttle to and from local businesses. If I'm in the area I will be staying here again. Only down falls are the location to DFW airport and the construction.

March 12-16 2013 Room 313 is a joke for noise. Right by the elevator and ice machine..... Are you serious? The noise was loud and lasted all night. Why would a priority club member be given a room like that. In addition really didn't care for the woman that checked me in and knowingly gave me that terrible room. I had issues with her last time I stayed there too. The room should never be rented to anyone. Try staying there with your family. You would leave after one night. Somebody should be smart enough to at least enclose the ice machine. The little square pillows are not chic cool and are not comfortable. They don’t block out the light and noise when I put them three of them at the bottom of the door. I've stayed at holiday inns about 15 nights in the last year. Never again at Richardson and maybe not ever again at a Holiday inn.

stayed for 10 nights, cable flicked all night after 8 pm.called front desk ever night.was not able to watch the oscars.no one got back to me,or resolved the problem........wash machine did not have hot water...

Easy access of US-75, very nice place. Seems very new on inside. Breakfast buffet was very good. Great location for access to malls and downtown. I would stay again on my next trip. Holiday Inns are very predictable and this was no exception.

I made the mistake of trying a different Holiday Inn while in the Dallas area and boy what a disapointment. Must be an older property with dark and dingy rooms, poor lighting etc. Made the reservation way in advance and as a platinum priority club member they must have decided to give me the worst and only room left in the hotel. From the moment I got to the room I was disapointed and called my regular Holiday Inn and they were booked also so I had to suffer 2 nights of slamming stairway doors before I could change hotels. Makes me want to take my 100+ nights in a hotel to another brand. By the way the hotel manager did leave me a voice mail and I called him back again but he never did respond!

Every time we stay at this Holiday Inn location, we are greeted like family. Ashley & Tiffany are just awesome! Juan, server in the restaurant, is so attentive and makes our mornings! We'll be back!!

We have stayed at this property several times and have always had a good experience. As a InterContinental Ambassador I especially appreciated the way we were greeted by the front desk staff (Diamond) and that we had already been given an upraded room to the Executive Level. Kudos to the staff.

This hotel is above average but really needs some updates to guest rooms. The TV is very small. Even Express hotels are offering flat screens. The bathroom is ridiculously small. There is a large area with tub and toilet but the sink is in a separate area. I could barely reach the sink to brush my teeth. It is recessed and more than 42 inches high. Counter space is extremely small. The door to the toilet, sink area and closet is very cumbersome. The person at the sink has to move to open the door to the BR or closet. The tub was extremely slippery.
We are Gold members and at check in got an average room. Our daughter, not even a Priority Member was offered the Executive Floor for and extra fee, and our son was given the exec level free of fees. Not consistent and shouldn't the upgrade have been given to the Gold status patron.

Almost everyone I came in contact was a delight from me checking in at midnght until honoring my request for a late check out. Steve, Betsy, Juan, Antonio and Jesus were wonderful in the kitchen there was never a time I had to wait for anything, most of the time they knew what i wanted before i could order it. The housekeeping staff was super even though i did not need it much they insisted they didn't mind and that they love to clean. I couldn't have asked for a better place to do my training at. I will highly recommend others whether it's for training or pleasure.
