I stay in IHG hotels 3-4 times per week. This is by far the rudest hotel employees I have ever spoken with. They were unwilling to help find a solution to problems that arose with my reservation. The night personnel were extremely rude and cursed at some of the guests I had staying there. I would never book a room at this hotel again.

First visit to this hotel whilst on a business trip from Georgia. The room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was in a very good condition indeed, I enjoyed a quiet comfortable night. Free Wi-Fi worked well at good access speeds.
Used the exercise room twice and there is a good selection of current equipment which was also clean. Had a good breakfast at the attached restaurant, prices comparable to others, food definitely much better than most.
I experienced excellent and friendly service at the front desk and in the restaurant too and would not hesitate to recommend this to other travelers.

Checked in at night, had to wait for the clerk to finish his smoke when all we wanted was sleep. Among other issues with the check in process..

Great staff and good location to my business meetings. Rooms are always clean, fresh and well appointed. This has been my hotel of choice for 4 years and will continue to be my home in RVA.
