Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by expected a lot more From the moment i was greeted the front desk member had an attitude and was very unhelpful. which later on i found out almost everyone i met from the staff was not polite to say the least. the room were ok but too much light came in plus you have a smoke detector blinking all night. if you compare their price and amenities with similar hotels this would lose every time. Then, the rooms were not together and my party was scattered all over the hotel, when I requested them to be together months in advance. One room had mold and we had to request another. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Professional Staff but Room needs Rehab! This facility is in need of update or at least the room we were assigned needs work. Ceiling with water stains and falling plaster. Mattresses on both queen beds need to be replaced...totally sagging in the center. Concave shape can be seen, even through the bed coverings...felt even worse when lying down. Wall paper in the bathroom was loose in a few areas, and should be replaced. We have stayed at a number of Holiday Inns this year and this one is not at the top of our list. Seems a rehab is in order. October 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Issues with Front Desk My family was in town for a soccer tournament. On Sunday we had to be at the field at 0800 which was around 15 min away. We checked the booklet that was in our room to see what time breakfast started because we wanted our son to eat a healthy breakfast early so that it could start to digest before his game started at 0910. The booklet said that breakfast started at 0630. We showed up to breakfast at 0630 and were told that breakfast did not start until 0700. We came back at 0700 and it was still not opened. They said that the chef was having “issues” and it would open shortly. There was not someone at the door telling customers this; they were yelling this from the front desk. I asked them if we would have to order food or if it was a buffet and the front desk said that they were not sure that it depended on the occupancy. It did finally open at around 0735 and I do understand that things happen that are out of the control of the chef, however the situation should have been handled differently. October 14, 2015
