I think the staff enjoys putting me in rooms requiring repairs so that I can submit a complaint or report to have it repaired. Almost every stay, there is an issue:
*side entry door would not secure; I felt unsafe
*faucet loose and dripping water around fixture
*toilet flushes sporatically; need to reflush
*tub faucet needs adjustment; need to play around to locate hot water
I reported the side entry door-which is also being propped open by the housekeeping crew, to go back & forth to smoke (observed)
Also, PLEASE require smokers to move away from the entry doors. Isn't there an ordinance?

We stayed on 01/18/13 and 01/20/13 in different rooms and our overall experience was good, except for the bathroom sinks on both rooms being clogged. In addition the toilet in the room were we stayed on 01/18/13 kept running (wasting) water the whole time.

Room was modern in appearance and clean.
Only disappointments: 1) lack of USA Today newspaper (although it was available 1 day and one clerk said he'd seen invoices for USA Today indicating the hotel did get the newspaper), and 2) the relatively late opening times for the adjacent restraunt.

We ;like the hotel. It is convenient off of I-95, and pet friently, whcih is important to us.

the restauranton and advertized as on the premises was c;losed. closed. It opened the following morning but did not have orange juice, bacon or butter. The room was falling apart. I towel rack was half off the wall. The shower regulator handle came off in my hands. This was the busiest travel day of the year. There was one clerk on duty. trying to call ahead was difficult, My first room keys did not open the parking lot door or my room and it was raining. The overall experience was terrible and this was third time we have stayed there as it is perfectly situated for us.

We had to change rooms after we were settled because the TV wouldn't operate in the room we were assigned. We had to move from a handicapped room to a non- handicapped room with a shower my wife couldn't step into.
The restaurant buffet was subpar and service lacking. We had to ask for milk for cereal and spoons to eat it and stir our coffee.
Overall we were pretty disappointed.

Room was very clean and spacious enough to move around in comfortably. Supplied with Bath and Body Works toiletries and very good coffee. Heat/AC unit worked well with minimal noise. Eco friendly option for linen service. Adjacent restaurant service was excellent, food better than average. Able to get late check out with ease. Grounds are well kept. Just a few minutes from I95, gas stations near entrance to interstate. Big plus...great service all around!
