Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Surprised and Pleased I have been aware of the many changes that have taken place at this location; I can truly say that I was impressed with what I saw and experienced on this visit. I would definitely recommend this location to others as well as stay here again. I did not go to the restaurant but will make it my business to do so next time. It was a little loud on this visit, but it wasn't disturbing. It was for a wedding. They could use better signage for the location of the pool. It took awhile to locate it. Also, it would be nice to have towels, cushions on the chair, and umbrellas for the pool area and better access to the pull. I had difficulty as well as another guest opening the gate. One of the employees assisted without hesitance. The rooms were cozy and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure and temperature remained the same during showering. June 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by we don't often complain First the hotel was loud waking us frequently and it may sound strange but the lights on the smoke alarm light blinked so brightly it was hard o fall back asleep. Secondly, used to Express's with breakfast buffets. This had a Sporting News Grill...went down for breakfast...one waitress was serving room service...the other was leaving to go get something else at the store...this was 8 o clock Saturday morning...no one to serve breakfast.!! We like the consistency, certainty of the experience of Holiday Inn Express's...this was a terrible disappointment June 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by First day, they haven't clean the room. This hotel is not that great. Internet was disconnecting every 10 minutes. I called several time to support team. Then again I had the same problems after 10 minutes. I will not stay again this hotel. Initial my plan to stay in this hotel over four weeks. This hotel standard is very poor. The sports bar and grill located within the hotel was terrible. I could go into details but don't have time. The service was terrible. The food was OK, but the wait staff does not have a clue.
