We arrived later than we thought. Interstate 95 had a lot of road work going on. All we wanted was a good night sleep in a clean bed; that's exactly what we experienced, Thank you to the staff for making our stay as comfortable as we wanted.

Staff was very friendly - that is the only thing nice I can really say about this Holiday Inn.
Rooms smell, food was not good for the price.
I asked the person who delivered the food about the gratuity added to the bill and she said she only gets 2.00 so she expected a tip from me.
Even tho she was a very very nice woman - A 22.00 meal cost me 34.00 just to have them walk it up to my room! I should of just went to Mc Donalds!!!

the hotel is standard HI-no surprises. The staff was great, the restaurant staff not so much. the location isn't great which is why i wouldn't stay there again, plus lack of dinning places.. The hotel restaurant is the ONLY place around to eat , excluding subway and mcd. And wings were all I wanted to try. I dont spend $20 on a hotel steak.

nice comfortable hotel. If you are going to have meals during your stay, plan on eating elsewhere. Hotel and rooms are nice and comfortable. Not to far from downtown.

Stayed here for my 5 day business trip to Richmond. The hotel was conveniently located off of the interstate and near businesses where i was working. Wasn't located in the nicest part of town but i still felt safe in the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was nice and helpful. My only negative would be the restaurant. The wait staff was nice but my food took over 45 min to get to me for a simple chicken breast sandwich and i was one of maybe 10 guest in the restaurant. The breast was very small and i left still hungry. It also took over 20 minutes for me to receive a beer.

The hotel came through with everything I needed - a nice clean room, free internet, toiletries, a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and pleasant staff. I was a little disappointed with a couple of the amenities I usually enjoy at Holiday Inns, though. Specifically, because there is an attached restaurant, there is no free breakfast. Also, the pool is outside and was already closed down, despite the warm weather.
