The restaurant and lounge is wonderful! I highly recommend the chicken Apple salad. They even have craft beers on tap. I had a great experience and recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Richmond. December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Wake Me Up Till Noon When I laid on the bed and my head hit the nice firm but comfortable pillows, I didn't wont to get up. There was just enough covers that I was not too hot, not to cold, but just right. When I turned the lights and the TV off, the room was dark dark, just like I like it. I could have slept til noon. Had I not had a service to go to by 11:00, and check out was noon, I would have said, "Don't wake me up till noon." December 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping Overall a nice place that's benefitted from its upgrades. (We've stayed more than once.) This review would have been a lot more positive except for the fact that on Saturday, the day my son was to be married at 4:00, housekeeping had still not cleaned the room at 2:30 pm. After repeated requests, someone finally came ... but at that point getting dressed for the wedding was not the leisurely, stress-free time I imagined. This experience was particularly irksome because the day before the housekeeping staff had been so obliging and nice. Whoever is responsible for scheduling room cleanups should exercise a little more oversight and care for the guests' needs. November 29, 2014
