I attended for a conference, and although the hotel was very busy that weekend, I was treated as a special guest from the start. I felt like I was on vacation! The room was very comfortable and quiet, the staff friendly, and the amenities very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful venue for a conference. The room and service was even better than expected and as a Priority Club member, I wouldn't expect anything less!! Staff was most helpful and accommodating,

Atmosphere was OK but the room was not vaccumed well. The sheets on the bed where not clean, they had stains.

Sam is an exceptional person. During a unexpected snow storm he helped us find our way around, and even drove us out to the mall to save us from having to clean off the car. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The food and the waiter, David were great at "The Bistro" when we arrived...... late and hungry.
Excellent all the way around!

My stay was good. Spent three days and two nights. I have only one complaint. The small square pillows are terrible. I had four of them on the bed and they were barely big enough to put my head on much less anything else. Please at least provide normal size pillows. The small ones really are terrible to try and use. If I had known my son left a regular size pillow in my trunk which I didn't find out until my last day, I would have brought that one inside and used it. That's how much those small pillows irritated me.
Other than that, there was something in the room which made me cough but I'm not sure what it was since I'm not normally an allergic person. Room was slightly stuffy for several days.
This was my second year at the conference. The food/restaurant was great and the staff was pleasant as always. I really do like your attendant at the door. He is a very nice gentleman and always pleasant. The restaurant staff was attentive and very helpful at dinner one night when I was on my own. Excellent food and cooked just right.
Housekeeping was good and efficient.
Conference - one request - provide a map of where the conference rooms are going to be. We changed rooms so many times during the conference that it would be helpful if we had a handout with a location of where all the difference lecture rooms were located instead of us having to remember where everything was located in a hurry going from talk to talk.

I am a Virginia state employee and I regularly stay at the Holiday Inn Koger Center. The rooms are good and quiet. The hotel is very close to the Chesterfield Town Center mall and there are many restaurants close by.
The only issue I have is that until recently, Priority Club Members received free continential breakfeast. Now Club members only get a bottle of water and a cookie. That stinks. So I stay away from the restaurant now because breakfeast is ten dollars.
Other than that, I highly reccommend the Inn.

The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty to help make our visit an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I woold highly recommend Holiday Inn - Koger Center as the ideal place to stay.

I stay here for a night for a conerence the next day. The room was clean and it smelled clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pillows felt like clouds. The room I had, had a double bed. The room was a decent size. The bathroom was clean and well kept. The hotel over all was nice. The area is a nice area as well. I would definatelty stay here again and recommend this hotel again. My only complaint is that the food was decdnt and the drink store in the hotel was a little pricey.

I have stayed at this facility several times. at previous stays, as a Priority member, breakfast was included. The last two stays, breakfast was not available as a priority club benefit. I have tried to find somewhere else to stay over on this side of Richmond, but have been unsuccessful. I travel and stay overnight(s) every week.

Recent renovations have greatly improved the property. Bathrooms could still use some work. My room smelled faintly of smoke, even though it was non-smoking.

A large comfortable room awaits you at this Holiday Inn. The staff is friendly and acomodating. Although you are in the middle of Richmond, the hotel is quiet and friendly. We were on the 8th floor and had a view of the city. Parking wea readily available and well lighted A pool is available on the first floor.
Fluffy towels and a comfortable bed, peace and quiet Wonderful stay

Asked for a wake up call twice on two different nights and never received either one. I was late for a very important appointment one morning. I reported to the front desk and they acted like I was not telling the truth. My room was never cleaned after the first night because I arrived back at my room at 3p.m. You would think that would not be too early and the room had been cleaned at an earlier hour.

Room service is lacking for cleaning. Two times I had to ask for service and the attendent said you are checking out today. Of course I was not. I was there for six days. Other staff was excellent and the dance club was very nice to relax after a hard days work. Food was okay and normal price for a hotel.

I stay here often while in Richmond for business. The property was badly in need of renovation. Most is complete and a great improvement. There is still work to be done in the rooms, but they are already quite a bit better.

As a priority customer I expected a newspaper daily and didn't get one any day. There's no coffee in the lobby and since the maid had not left me any for my second day I was disappointed. I asked the desk clerk how I could get some and she directed me to the cafe where I'd have to pay. I was left 3 coupons for a single continental breakfast daily- it is not allowed to combine coupons and I think $7.00 is exhorbatant for a continental breakfast. I would have been much happier at a HI Express but one wasn't available in the area.

As an event manager I stay in a lot of hotels and usually avoid Holiday Inns. I was very surprised by this one. Clean and more modern then most. Still the beds are very soft and collapsed in the middle. Pillows were very hard and most of my family complained of stiff necks. I hate not being able to open the window. Would have helped with strong smell of bleach in the room. BUT I would stay again! Go figure!!
