Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms are great- pool is not We checked in and were very happy with the look and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was very clean as was the restroom. We decided to try out the pool and we were disappointed. The pool is not heated. The water was freezing and no one had turned the lights on in the pool room. The water also was cloudy but it was dark so we couldn't tell why. April 15, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Loud rooms The hotel is nice looking and the rooms are comfortable. The shower was very nice. But, there is little to no sound insulation between rooms. I could hear my neighbor`s conversations clearly, until late in the evening. April 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was Nice but everything is slow. Lovely hotel was clean but it seemed everything ran slow including the elevators. The elevator running slow would not be a problem if the hotel had in door stairs but the stairs exit outdoors.Arrived at 3:30 pm on Friday and was asked to come back because room would not be ready for at least 1/2 hr. Reserved roll away when I made reservations in January and was told I would have one. When I arrived I was told they did not have any and you could not reserve them. Therefore I had to squeeze 3 children on 1 bed. On second day I was gone all day till 4 pm and my room had not yet been cleaned. It finally got cleaned at 4:45 pm. April 1, 2015
