Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff We were passing through on a Friday evening and decided to stay in Richmond. I called the Holiday Inn and asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The staff on the phone was very accommodating in finding a room and holding it for us on very short notice. I could not have been happier! June 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel, would definitely stay again My family and I had not planned on staying in Richmond for the evening, but we totaled our vehicle and found ourselves without a place to stay and without a vehicle. The staff was more than welcoming and was able to check us in quickly. They helped us unload our stuff into our room and helped me load it into the rental car the next day. They brought us ice packs for our injuries, bottled water so we could take our pain medication, extra warm blankets for comfort and so much more! The room service was fast and delicious. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. June 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay A lovely hotel all in all. Nice décor and comfortable beds. Our handicapped accessible room did fall short. The entry door handle was upside down. There was no hose sprayer attachment connected to the bathroom shower faucet. This was a big no-no for anyone with limited mobility and restricted movements. June 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service below expectation Stay here a couple times a year. Last year the room assigned was not cleaned ; had to return to front desk ; next room assigned , the key would not work . This year was a three night stay ; after being gone all day the second day ,when we returned that night , the room had not been cleaned ; since it was late , just requested towels, shampoo, etc and checked out the next am. Although a fairly new hotel , carpet in elevators is getting soiled , flooring in lobby is getting loose; also stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Tennessee this trip and had a better room , less cost , free breakfast, better service ; may give Richmond hotel one more chance .
