Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More than just a business hotel The check in and the check out went smoothly and we've been upgraded to an excellent suit which was fabulous, the facilities were better than I expected and the staff were very friendly which is not something you usually find in big hotels, I hope that they can keep it up and I would definitely go back in the future. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected from IHG Hotel condition is very bad, pillows very old. I was upgraded from standard to executive room. the room is the same space and amenities, however, I was denied any privileges that comes with the executive room. which renders the upgrade useless. In fact it is not an upgrade at all. TV channels were very noisy, and cable channels were blank. The only reason i selected this hotel is because of its location and proximity to the airport. I had an early flight and I wanted to avoid the traffic. I would never go back again, even if I had to sleep in the car. In fact I will never sit foot in any Holiday Inn from now on. February 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old furnathure, uncomfortable pillow, below average cleaning I left the room 8:00am went to conference, then i came at 4:30pm and I found the room unclean. I spoke to housekeeping they came and I was waiting in the reception to talk to the manger on duty for 45min but the manager was busy and the room was cleaned below average. After 2h the manager called and promised that will not happen again January 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by service quality Although I sent an email to the reservation to confirm staying in the east tower and indeed received confimation, I was surpurized to be informed that I have to go to the west tower due to renovation. I do not know is the issue of renovation only related to me! This is the third time I write about the pricing policy of the hotel minibar and the hotel resturant and it seems that the hotel management does not even read the same. I magine 1/2 liter water bottle with 10 SR. Outside the hotel, a box of 18 liters costs 11 SR. A can of Pepsi costs outsdie 1.5 SR and in the hotel 12 SR. There are many things that need maintenance in the room. However, it seems that the hotel has only corrective maintenance plan January 17, 2014
