Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 My worst ever hotel experience
Over the last 10 years, I have stayed more than 365 nights in different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, I can say that this stay was the worst one!
Starting with the check-in and as a priority club platinum level member, I was expecting the routine welcome and to find my room key ready, but it was not the case and the staff didn’t recognize my membership level until I show it!
The room; the room smell was musty and located in front of the hotel store and it was very noisy. I hardly could sleep due to the noise caused by the cars/trucks and the activities of loading/unloading from the store.
The room itself was a nightmare. After switching off the lights to sleep, I realized that the room is full with mosquitos and I needed to wake up around 3:00 am to catch and chase them around the room and I couldn’t sleep at all after that.
The worst issue was discovered in the morning, when I look at the bed and I found lot of hair spreading over the bed’s sheet and for sure it is not my hair!!
At the time of check in, I asked the front disk staff to upgrade my room and they apologize as the rooms are fully booked while at the same time my colleague with a standard/gold membership checked in and his room was upgraded to the next level.
On check out, I told my complaints to the front disk and unfortunately I didn't hear any apologize or even a sorry!!
I think I will never stay again in this hotel and for sure I’ll not recommend it for any one!!

Wenn das Frühstückspersonal aufmerksamer wird, der Pool eine schöne Landschaft wird und die Raucherzimmer nicht mehr nach Rauch stinken, entspricht das Hotel meinen Ansprüchen
