poor service and especially since this was supposed to be a fix it opportunity.
- got a one night free and one night pay because of last times problems. This time no improvement - actually worse.
- one day : no paper, no wake-up call, room keys not working, poor selection of breakfast foods (cereals just corn flakes, no muesli). Queues for check-in

Nice hotel, close to lots of main places in Riyadh. Bit far from airport, so leave earlier.
Need to pay attention more to room cleanliness, mainly the carpet and underneath tables, sofa & beds.
The service is good and the staff is helpful.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The hotel itself is dated and needs renovation. The room was clean, while a bit worn in terms of furniture and the bathroom. Overall satisfactory stay. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel

Spent a night in Holida Inn Al Qasr, and would say it's the best so far for me in Riyadh compared to other IHG hotels in the same area. Rooms are clean, food is good and staff were really professional.

My first stay at a Holiday Inn and it was a good stay. Nice simple room with a comfortable bed - if a hotel doesn't get this right then the rest doesn't matter, and luckily they have this right!
Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to cater to different tastes and health priorities; I regret not having tried it all!
The swimming pool could be bigger, if you're looking to swim for exercise then you could be disappointed but just for leisure it's fine.
