Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Experience It is an amazing experience staying at Holiday Inn Al Qasr Riyadh KSA. The service from the front desk up to their staffs was very good. I haved used every facilities that they have (although) gym is not a complete facility but it can cater your everyday exercise. I will definitely go back if I have a chance. The dining room staff were very attentive, and even served special menu items upon request. Our dinner on the last night of our stay was particularly fantastic, exceeding my expectations. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recent 4 week stay in Riyadh...a great stay... On a business trip, first time in the KSA and found the experience to be overwhelmingly warm and friendly. The hotel staff was very attentive, especially Youssef, the restaurants maître de, he made us feel very welcomed, knew our names and our individual taste in beverages. The hotel is conveniently located by the National Library Park and walking distance to the al Faisalya tower and shopping mall, a spectacular building! The rooms were a very nice size, maintained daily with free coffee and water (very important to stay hydrated while in the KSA). The dining room was available throughout the day and provided an excellent assortment of local dishes, fish theme night was phenomenal (fresh shrimp, lobster, and ocean bass, you select the item and they prepare it to your specification...ummm good). They have a well equipped workout area and a pool you will enjoy. Room Tip: Rooms facing east are quieter...negotiate a exec suite on the concierge level, first floor! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very bad management , reservations , and service ! I was not recognized as an IHG platinum member. I was given a very far room from elevator . Air condition voice was very high and so was the noises of cleaning personnel chatting each morning. Management and reservations staff are very rude and uncooperative. Do not stay at this hotel. Couple of meters beside it you will find a much better Holiday Inn with much better service and treatment. October 7, 2014

Food is great for the value! Location is also a plus four blocks from the best shopping in the KSA. You are centrally located from anywhere in the city within 20 minutes. October 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel just don't eat or order room service Hotel has average to good facilities Gym is reasonably equiped. The indoor pool is not heated and is in fact freezing. No sauna. But the steam room is tempramental and does not get overly hot compared to others. The food and room services is the biggest let down of this hotel. From the difficulty in placing an order to actually getting well cooked food. The food was either undercooked (raw) or overcooked. This hotel does have a diet/healthy menu. Which I think is excellent however the chefs do not know how to cook to this menu. A health steamed fish dish served with chips???? and veg which has been seriously overcooked. This is 1 hotel which Gordon Ramsey would walk away from food wise September 26, 2014

The internet access was blocked after 24 hours even though my booking was for 2 days and it was a big task to get it done.
