I had bad experience with service in your hotel but that is always sidelined by few of you good staff. I specially want to praise the courteous behavior & service provide by two members in your front desk- Mohammad & Hadi. They are exceptional in serving the customers. They always have a smiling face & greet the guest every time they meet & also check if everything is fine. Behavior of People like them give us a feeling that is like our family. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Resident at Al Qasr I have spend more than 12 months in the Holiday Inns in Riyadh. For the past 5 months I have stayed in Al Qasr. The staff is friendly and helpful from the time that you enter the hotel until you receive your check out bill. Absolutely a brilliant place to come back to and rest for the next day. As a Business traveller my needs are different and this facility caters for that needs. The Hotel is older than some of the others, but this is my preference to stay for the next few months.
