Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by classy covenient Stay Staff were professionals.. They offered the full service with a smile. I did enjoy the breakfast area with a lot of varieties and choices. The lobby is spacious and reflects the openness and welcoming atmosphere from the porter up to the reception until you are escorted to your room. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Level to Stay, but good for Business Staff and service level at reception, club launch are all excellent. Things if improved, will be very good stay for business; - Mattress has to be changed, really break the back. - Tea and coffee set inside the room placed in hidden place, and not easy to use or connect it to power - Club launch; very limited choices for breakfast, no healthy food. All Cheese, white bread, no fruits, ...etc - Water Shower inside the room, suddenly change to be very hot, then back to be very cold. Also the pressure of water coming out is very poor. May be you require to install water pump. The above are little things to be modified, but will make all business visitors to recommend your hotel better than others, especially your prices are very reasonable. Thank you November 9, 2014
