Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Things to improve at Holiday Inn Meydan All the telephone operators in this hotel does not speak or understand the English language at all. It is very hard to get things done if no one understands English. One of the 3 elevators are always defective. The TV channel CNN has been out of service since 6 months ago in this hotel. I tried many times to report this issue at the reception desk and nothing has been done. The AC units is the rooms are always noisy. It is very hard to get a good night sleep is these units are humming at night. The 8th floor Executive Lounge room is not being taken care of properly. The coffee machine is always missing water. The plates and cups are lying around dirty everywhere. April 25, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good business hotel in Riyadh Spent 2 nights in this hotel for my business trip. -Location is convenient for commuting in Riyadh. -Clean Rooms, Comfortable Bed and Professional staff that helps in everything to make sure the client is happy! -Had room service for diner and breakfast, food quality is good however they should have more variety in the breakfast section, rest is ok. -The only drawback was the smoking smell in the room.
