They definitely need more training and seems like the hotel didn't have general manager incharge....too laid back and don't care attitude especially front desk staff. saw them sitting in the lobby having a coffee and security outside was smoking while using a nametag.( I am not sure perhaps its ok in Saudi.
Worst Coffee, Worst Food at Coffee Shop, one meals take a long time. lack of staff.
Housekeeping and room attendant is the only one that I believe deserve to have big thumbs up
Operator blur and don't know the gym opening hours

Once again, my stay at the hotel was marked by the outstanding professionalism of the staff, notably at Reception. Their genuine warmth of welcome, attentiveness and assistance were extremely valued and appreciated. I look forward to joining them again very soon.......

This was my second stay at the hotel, I have stayed for 33 nights and it was excellent 10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is new and the location is excellent.
I received an upgrade as a Platinum Reward Member, excellent suite.
One of the most important points about the hotel is the quick responsiveness of the staff, I had two small issues, the refrigerator was not cooling enough and the water kettle did not work, within few minutes from calling the reception both issues were resolved.
I will stay at this hotel for my next visit to Riyadh.
