The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Too bad Holiday Inn doesn't offer free breakfast like their sister chain Holiday Inn Express. Overall nice experience though.

Upon arriving and checking in I was assigned a room over looking the pool area. While that is a nice area to overlook, I prefer the oppisite side. This will allow me to get a hint of that fresh mountain air. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away and gave me keys to a room on the other side. Each and every staff member that I ran into during my stay always smiled and greeted me. The common areas of this Holiday Inn are kept clean!!
Good Customer Service is hard to come by these days, BUT this Holiday Inn Staff has it together.
Thank you for my stay!!

The beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean and staff very responsive. Restaurant staff very nice
and food good but could have more choices.

The front desk staff was superb, the ambience was lovely, the hotel layout was attractive, and the room was great. Everything we needed. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub!

I've always liked this hotel's location, lobby, pool, and the fact they have a bar and nice breakfast buffet. Even though the buffet normally costs $10, I've always considered it worth it for the quality, quantity, and selection. I've probably stayed at this hotel ten times and this was the first time they had no breakfast buffet. The staff explained that when the hotel has few rooms booked, they don't find it cost effective to put out the buffet. I was disappointed, but since I'd prepaid for breakfast, they let me order from the menu and the food was OK. They offered only toast for bread but when I asked about biscuits (always on the buffet) the chef offered to make a biscuit for me. Well, I should have gone with the toast. The biscuit was obviously a reheated leftover. It was as hard as a rock. Everything else was OK except the shower head was not functioning properly. The valve that redirected the water from the tub spigot to the shower head didn't work well so little water came out of the shower head.
