Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay in Chatham We spent a month in UK, Holiday Inn Chatham was our 3 rd location. It was located in a convenient area, the staff and room were excellent. The only issue we had was the location of the reception/unloading area - very difficult to get to for seniors with bad knees - especially having to lift our luggage down November 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tired and unhappy The Hotel could do with an update, being confronted with mould and fungus on the bathroom ceiling is totally unacceptable, and it wasn't just a small patch it was nearly half of the whole ceiling, the survey is a bit unfair in so much as staff and service are bundled together, the staff were great but if they are working under poor management or poor practice the service can be described as poor , there is no way to separate the two. Send in some management from head office without telling the Hotel and see what it is really like as a customer, November 2, 2014
