Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Waiting for food!!! Unfortunately this hotel since its takeover has fallen behind! I have stayed here nearly every week for around 8 months and the food service on my last stay was unbelievable! Over an hour wait and all we get told Is....there are a lot of room service orders! Not good enough and if the one chef cannot cope then you need another chef or risk losing a very lot of custom! Service used to be quick and it is a shame as all the staff are amazing and it's not there fault but they are on the end of any complaints not the guys preparing the food! March 3, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 wrong room I booked a family room, but when checked in I was given a standard double, which is very shabby, dated and crammed without a fridge (which all the other rooms I've stayed in have) when this was queried at Reception, the answer I got was "that's all that's available as we're over booked, try tomorrow to see if we can swap you" Next day the answer was "sorry were fully booked tonight and tomorrow maybe Thursday" March 3, 2015

I found the steak questionable on more than one occasion but food was otherwise average to good quaity. March 2, 2015

From check-in to check-out the staff were excellent. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Great experience yet again. I hope to be back soon ! February 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and personal service All the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure that we didn't want for anything! The hotel was impressive from the moment you arrived and easy to access. We have stayed before in December 2013 and had such a wonderful time that when we asked our daughter what she would like to do for her birthday treat she had replied "I'd like to wake up on my 11th birthday in the hotel by the airport that we went to last time for my sister's birthday please".
