From check-in to check-out the staff were excellent. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Great experience yet again. I hope to be back soon ! February 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and personal service All the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure that we didn't want for anything! The hotel was impressive from the moment you arrived and easy to access. We have stayed before in December 2013 and had such a wonderful time that when we asked our daughter what she would like to do for her birthday treat she had replied "I'd like to wake up on my 11th birthday in the hotel by the airport that we went to last time for my sister's birthday please". Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Back to its Bad Old Self Any hotel that takes over 2hrs and 40mins to NOT deliver room service needs a change of management. Even after being contacted twice, the room service was still not forthcoming and I was thus forced by my state of hunger to order a take away locally and within 10mins had it in my room..... To compound this issue the telephones, IF answered, take an inordinate amount of time to be answered. I believe that Mr Billy Smart would be proud. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay Was in the area to visit the White Cliffs (less than an hour away), Canterbury Cathedral, and Bodiam and Leeds Castles (and very glad we did). Have 2 young kids, so a pool was a must, and hotel's didn't disappoint. The steam room and sauna were a bonus for the wife. Stayed on a dinner/breakfast special, and it was worth it. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Wanted to change room within hour of arriving because someone upstairs was partying in mid-afternoon, and staff handled with no problem. Quite happy to stay there again, and recommend to families. February 24, 2015
