Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by An Executive King room where wi-fi doesn't work? This hotel has a lot of potential, based on its convenient location, but attention to detail is lacking. If there is one thing I expect any Holiday Inn room labeled "Executive" to have, it's decent wi-fi. This one does not. Fortunately there is sufficient 4G coverage this close to the airport that I was able to get my work done. (And it's not just my computer -- the hotel's wi-fi worked fine down in the public areas on the first floor -- just not in the far corner of the "Executive Wing" where my room was located.) Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad stay giving this a bad review. first off there was a mouse running around dinning room when i was eating breakfast and waitstaff acted like it was ni big deal.second off the hot tub and sauna and hot tub was not working .no one seemed to know how to fix.so for theses reasons i give two thumbs down April 28, 2015

Front desk placed me at the farthest point in the hotel and could even tell me how to get there from the lobby. Room was in a separate building. Staff did not make you feel welcome. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable Service I stayed at the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport for a conference. The room and hall were clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The lobby was in the process of a redesign but that did not detract from my stay. I would recommend this hotel to someone staying in the Rochester area. April 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Outshines Facility The staff is wonderful - fortunately they are very helpful because staying at this hotel can be challenging. Ask for a first floor room unless you are able to carry your luggage upstairs and over to an annex. Parking is another challenge - lots of flyers leave cars here for days and if you're coming in and out, you may have to park far from the lobby. And while there is a Business Center, not all of the computers work well. April 27, 2015
