Shout out to Val- the event coordinator- she dealt with a challenging bride, a fire alarm in the middle of the event and lots in between.
We were all from all over the country and the restaurant and bar staff were cordial and accomodating the entire weekend.
We felt like we were at home having our own party.
The banquet setup up staff especially Mr. D worked tirelessly and just kept smiling.
In my work, I am lots of hotels setting up events but thiis was by far my best experience in a longtime----Many thanks to all.
Just wish you all were in Florida- so we could have sun and warmth outside to match the sun and warmth we all felt inside your Holiday Inn

The room (136) was cold when we arrived. We turned the heater up but it was very noisy. Once the room was warm we turned the heater off so we could sleep. It was cool in the morning so we turned it back on.
The toilet lid would not stay up. This is troublesome for men. I had to physically hold the lid against the tank in order to "go".
We have stayed at this particular hotel many times and will do so again. We particularly like the "Park and Fly" convenience and having an restaurant and bar on premises.

This was the second time we have used the Holiday inn to park our car and stay overnight close to the airport before and after our vacation. Our vacation involved over 25 hours of airport stays and flying. It was exhausting. The staff at holiday inn Rochester were courteous and got us checked in speedily so we could crash. The rooms are comfortable, clean and large. The thermostatic control works smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a room near the airport.

I was not offered the opportunity to spin the wheel. Nobody at the desk asked me to do so or offered? I have spun the wheel at every Holiday Inn that I have stayed at that had a wheel but not here, why? Also, Why does your staff always put guests on the highway side of the Hotel instead of the quit side. This is very annoying.

The shuttle service was outstanding with offers to take me to my business destination the next morning. Even thought late arrival to hotel, front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. I inquired about means to get to my business meeting the next day and to my surprise they were waiting for me the next morning. Room was quiet and very clean. Excellent place to stay!

Yes, bed was great; no noise so I had a good sleep ..... what more could I want! Nobody's fault but it is strange not to have an elevator to the upper floor.

On a regular basis, we take a break and spend a night or two at the Holiday Inn Airport, here in Rochester, NY. We are always treated well by the entire staff. The facilities give us a chance to get away from the daily routine, even though we do not leave our home area.
We want to acknowledge one person at the front desk who has always welcomed us on each visit. We do not know her last name, but her first name is FLO. We have been visiting here for the past 4 years and ever since our first visit, FLO has made the beginning of our stays special. She has gotten to know us and we feel she should be acknowledged for her excellent service to us and the other visitors to your facility.

In town for four nights. Front desk personnel were always available and very friendly and the cleaning staff were flexible with our schedules. Shuttle driver always there when needed.
Great bar for a party. Too bad were not permitted to bring own food in after they stopped serving food at midnight.

We can't say enough great things about this hotel. The service was excellent. Employees went out of their way to answer our questions and help us. The food and service at your restaurant was way past our expectations. We ate most of our meals in your restaurant. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

This is our second year coming to the New Years Eve Event and we had a blast again! The deal for the night before and after is the best! Having two bars again was awesome! The gambling is a lot of fun! A couple of reccomendations; have different dinner options, keep the chocolate fountain open until at least midnight (people that are gambling missed out on it this year :() have the hotel bar open the night of the event. Overall a great time and definitely worth it for the value. We will be coming again next year for sure!

As we were checking in the desk personnel saw we had 6 weeks of luggage, they switched our room to the first floor to make it easier on us. The airport driver bent over backwards to get us as close to our airline as possible and was very helpful. He even provided us a card to call when we returned so he could pick us up.

Stayed 2 nights for New Years celebration. Great deal for extra night. Band was awesome, hope they will be returning. Been attending this party for several years. Fun time. Only negative comment is that it seems the quality of the food has gone down some and as far as the booze goes, they definitely have cheaper booze. Also, only 1 bartender per bar caused some long lines. Late, they closed 1 bar down and the lines got even longer. Other than that, it's a great party and we will be back next year for sure.

This property is very comfortable. Priority member rooms are worth the upgrade. Shuttle service to airport was quick, frequent & very friendly. The only complaint - upgrade coffee in th rooms & the restaurant. It's pretty bad. Maybe Keurig coffee makers in executive rooms & charge more for hm. I'd pay.

We had a wonderful stay! The front office staff was cordial and helpful. I was traveling with my two youngest children for a boxing comeption. They really enjoyed the large, warm pool and the game room. The room service was delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of the in-room movie.

I try not to stay near an airport but due to last minute arrangements found myself with few choices. The facility was very convenient to my meeting location and to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and although it's a fairly "mature" facility was mostly up to date barring the lack of an elevator. I felt very safe and if in the area would stay there again...thanks.

The Holiday Inn Rochester Airport excels in providing the very best in personalized and exceptional service that always exceeds my expectations. Carolyn made sure that my check-in experience was as smooth as can be, and assigned me to a room that I have been very pleased with before. Genessa in Housekeeping made sure that my room was in immaculate and with all of the amenities, water, and toiletries that are needed. Eugene asissted me with my luggage, Tom took me back to the Amtrak station at the end of my stay in the airport shuttle van-never expected this kind of outstanding service! The Priority Club Lounge was an excellent offering and Divino and the ROC Bar and Grill provided me with the very best of food and service. Jessica, a server in the ROC Bar and Grill went out of her way to provide exceptional service from toasting my bread to chilling my milk glass. Alice is an exceptional breakfast server in Divino. John and Kim are excellent at preparing meals. Finally, Sue in Human Resources wrote a nice card thanking me for my business. What an oiutstanding hotel servicewise!

room carpet was dirty. It really needs to be professionally cleaned.
Restaurant: When we arrived 10 minutes prior to closing time, we were told that the it was closed. Had to order pizza from a local delivery place.

with this hotel was the service I received when I decided to dine in for dinner. After delivering a less than mediocre Cobb salad, my server disappeared. Not once during dinner, did she check on me. It got so bad, that I had to search for the water pitcher on the floor to fill my class. At the end, I was required to wave down her associate to get my check. Her fellow worker clearly stated, "I don't know where she went."
Front desk staff and van drivers were good. They took care of my requests in a timely and efficient manner.

All CS agents were pleasant and willing to accommodate my needs. Rooms were clean and water pressure/warmth was excellent.
Will definitely stay again if back in Rochester!

The first two nights I stayed in this hotel I had a pleasurable experience. The night I had room 603 which had a street light shining in the window to the point where I should have left my lights on. Then when it was time to wake up and take a shower the shower backed up so fast that I couldn't even take a 5 minute shower without the water backing up over my ankles. I was very let down by the hotel especially when the staff took all of my information and insisted the manager would get in touch with me in under 24 hours and I have yet to hear anything almost a week later.

When I complained that our room hadn't been cleaned, I was assured someone would take care of it ASAP. When I returned at 11:30 PM room was still not cleaned. Again I called the desk and was told I could pick up fresh towels at the desk!!! When I complained about that they had a security guard deliver towels to our room. Being very disappointed I emailed Holiday Inn main site to report the problem. Never received a response! Totally disappointed. Would not recommend.

Can't imagine staying anywhere else when going to visit my son at RIT. Price, compared to other hotels, is much better and hotel is very nice. Food is reasonable and very good. Right by airport but not noisy at all. Haven't had chance to use the pool yet, but it looks wonderful.

This place is in serious need of updating. The carpets are bad, the rooms are below average, its worn and tired.
Please make improvements soon as I travel to Rochester frequently.

This was a great hotel experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful with the little things that make a big difference. Terrific breakfast at a good price, plus a very nice sports bar make it an unexpectedly finer place to stay. And just a minute from the airport.

The Holiday Inn Rochester Airport during my June 2nd-9th stay for the LPGA Championship valued my Platinum Priority Club membership like no other Holiday Inn has ever had. The service throughout the property from Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Guest Services, to Sales/Catering was outstanding. Room 401 on the Executive Wing featured many wonderful amenities from a water bottle to museum passes to some of Rochester's main attractions. The Priority Club Lounge was most convenient before dinner for a snack and beverage. Divino and the ROC Bar and Grill are superior quality food and beverage outlets featuring wonderful Italian cuisine and a most complete and exceptional breakfast menu. The entire staff cares greatly about myself as a person-there was a birthday card in my room and a neck pillow on my bed as well. The Management Team gave me a most memorable luncheon with all of the team attending. That is how much the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport values my repeat business for the LPGA Championship. Will return next August for the PGA Championship, along with next June for the LPGA. Come discover how caring a hotel staff can be by staying at the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport.
